Dark Fire was now half way finished with both of their family trees. "Break." Dark Fire said, levitating the books out of their hooves. "Alright. What hast thy learned about the heritages?" She asked, getting the papers ready to write on.

[Coopers Cave]

"dragons can be more powerful than some alicorns." spark said.

[Wulfjaw]

"Mhm... Hast thy found any characters that belong in thy families?" She asked. Flame gave Dark Fire a paper he had written the notes on, containing the names of several ponies and a tiny description of them. Nodding, Dark Fire jotted all the characters onto the two trees. "Aha! They art completed!"

[Nutheart]

Thunder galloped blindly (Literally, the dragon was covering his eyes with her hockey stick arm and one normal hand) through the Everfree Forest, not noticing how the chaos was getting toned down as he travelled away from the epicenter of the disharmony. Eventually he ran head-first into a tree, ending up with himself and the dragon sprawled on the ground, all of their proportions, colors, and body parts back to normal. Both sat up, un-derped their eyes, and looked at each other. The dragon held out a hand as a peace offering of sorts, and Thunder placed his hoof in her claws for a shake. "What was that you were saying earlier?" he asked out of curiosity.
"Serafina?" the baby dragon squeaked.
"Sounds like your name. Sorry for fighting earlier, Serafina. Friends?"
"Friends!" Serafina squeaked, playfully crawling on Thunder's back, holding her tail high and spreading her fragile wings. Pegasus colt and dragon hatchling were smiling, enjoying each others' company after the chaos blew over.

[Coopers Cave]

"well? does it explain anything?" spark asked, anxious.

[Wulfjaw]

"It... it explains alot. All the dragons powers in your heritage must have added up into Blazes, along with a few gods and goddesses along the way... And Flame, thy heritage contributed as well. Your heritage is filled with gods and goddesses, all very powerful..." She quickly wrote in her book more, and then shut it. "B-Blazes... Is going to be the most powerful pony in history..." She said, gasping.

[Coopers Cave]

sparks eyes widened. "is that a good or bad thing?" she said hesitantly.

"It depends on if Blazes is raised well. Always be kind to her, never yell at her. But don't get her spoiled. I will visit her regularly."

Thunder and Serafina walked side-by-side, eventually coming to the edge of the forest. Thunder started to walk out, but Serafina stayed back, refusing to go beyond the treeline.
"Sera, what's wrong?" Thunder asked, mildly worried.
"My home!" Sera declared, flicking her tail in the direction of the heart of the forest.
"C'mon, Ponyville and Cloudsdale are waaay better than this creepy old place!"
"HOME!" Sera said in a tone of finality, flopping down in the grass and curling her tail over her claws. Thunder shook his head. "See ya, Serafina. You can always come to Ponyville, if you wanna..."
"Thunder can come Everfree," Sera suggested in her clipped toddler language. "Come Everfree, Thunder!"
"Sure, I'll come back later, okay? Bye, Sera!" With that, the colt flew off, grinning like an idiot. He was friends with a dragon! Even if she was only a baby, it was still pretty awesome.
And then he wasn't paying attention to where he was going and flew head-first into the wall of Sugarcube Corner.
(Thunder is very good at paying attention XD)
