"That counts as magic," Metamorpha said calmly, although the fur on the back of her neck stood up. "I was working on an...Archaeopterwhatever fossil. I even got a few feathers from it."

And then: "Yes I was having a brain fart. Deary me! Too much apple cider," Metamorpha giggled, sounding genuinely nervous now.

Dark Fire eyed her. "thou hateth Apple Cider. And thou knoweth the last syllables of that Dino's name, don't thou?" She asked, looking at her. She then looked at her watch. "Oh! I shouldn't be bugging thou anymore. Time for Night's B-day! Ta ta!" She said, flying off. She teleported into a tree when she was out of sight, and began deciding what to do next. She replied to Faded's mind message. Yes, I know. Changelings are always visible to me, even in disguise. I have a plan. Just act normal.

Clloud nodded "sure" he smiled i wonder if i should propose soon he thought i do really like her, and we are both old enough...

Night shook his head "i know you arenr the real one" he said storming back inside to where everyone else was, he had a very large family

'Okay, but I'm pretty sure the changeling already suspects I know about it- I had a little chat with this changeling earlier... She replied again, smiling like she didn't suspect anything.

Adeline ran up to Faded Moon. "Where were you?" She asked. "I just had to check something back home, that's all." She replied to the small filly.

"Archaeop...tree...carrots...terx. Achaeopteryx," "Snow" said with a nervous giggle. "Well, it's time for the party! I need to help Night celebrate," she said a bit too casually, and inched towards the front door...walking into a wall instead. Her blind eyes derpified then un-derpified. "Oof," she mumbled.


Snow finally worked her back hoof out of Metamorpha's glue, and gravity indeed took care of the final hoof. She landed with a thud on the bottom of the chrysalis. She started to pound the daylights out of it with all four hooves and her horn, which danced with blue sparks of magic.
