Any day that didn't somehow benefit her was swiftly deemed unremarkable, useless. It wasn't muddy, today, and the bugs weren't very bad. It still had some potential, but she didn't give it much thought. No desire to wake before noon, no desire to be a very useful cog in Rushing Shadow's machinery today.
Today was a lazy day for Caelia.
She laid contently in the shadow of a relatively large rock, her front paws crossed neatly while her hind legs kicked out lazily behind her. Her's ears perked and attentive, listening to see if anything or anyone required her attention. Thus far, nobody particularly seemed to acknowledge the brown she-wolf laying in the shadows, and it was fine with her.
Rolling her tongue from her mouth, she licked the side of her muzzle, scanning the area with wide, magenta eyes.

Within his jaws, he held a limp form of a plump bird that had reacted far too slow and had been claimed a meal. Although he wasn't hungry, he was simply bored and the bird was just pecking at the ground. A perfect meal for someone that would put it to waste, unless he cast it off to one of the other pack members who would be more grateful than he was.
