"Thrush." He took a few paces forward and dropped into a hunters crouch. He then creeped forward before pouncing and catching the bird easily in his jaws.

''duskstar whats on your mind? you seem.. distant recently.'' boneclaw asked tilting his head.

Duskstar shook his head as if to clear it and turned to his deputy
"Hows Hiddenpaw's training going?" He asked taking them off the subject.

Evepaw mewed in congratulations, "my turn" she said and walked further on. she stopped when she heard a small shuffle and crouched. at the right moment she pounced and landed on a large rabbit. she tried to bring it down but was having trouble, "help me! bite his leg" she mewed to Hiddenpaw

"She's doing well, her stalking skills are good." Duskstar meowed. He the streached his long black body before walking over to the fresh kill pile. He picked up a mouse for himself and ate it quickly. Then he walked over to the apprentice den
"Evepaw!" He called.

Hiddenpaw quickly finished off the rabbit with her. He smiled
"Lets take these back before we get into truoble for going out."

Evepaw nodded and dragged the rabbit by the neck. she heard Dusksatr calling and mewed in reply but it came out in a funny nose because she was carrying the rabbit. she felt proud and hoped Duskstar would like the prey her and Hiddenpaw caught

Duskstar turned to see his apprentice and Hiddenpaw dragging fresh kill in
"Well done, but im taking you out hunting again for more the clan needs more food than that!" He prasied and padded out of camp and waited for them out in the forest.

Hiddenpaw nuzzeled Evepaw
"Come on!" He dropped his Thrush and bounded off to where Duskstar had gone.
