(Why does it matter to her, Im sure you could make a V2 just call it a different name and change the plot a tad. she doesnt own Avatar so we can use the same ideas and our own characters. I say just go ahead and make it.)

(Just create a new thread with practically the exact same story line etc. but rewrite it yourself, her story is just an off shoot of Avatar anyway so she cant claim it as her own. and we can all carry on from where we left off on there.
