"At least we're not the only ones; I have my sister, of course." Sayruki replied, licking her muzzle. Blinking her crystal blue eyes she continued, "And, if they didn't show us any respect then we wouldn't be here. They wouldn't feed us or talk to us. I've spoken to Shadow more than once. It's the matter of showing that you are use to the pak rather than moping about your low rank."

Rowan growled in irritation at her answer, tail sweeping angrily from side to side. "We sleep outside, Sayruki, while they enjoy nice warm dens..." They had the lowest rank in the pack, and it seemed that getting promoted to something worthwhile, and useful to the pack, was impossible. "Well maybe if they gave me the opportunity, but no one recognises anything we do for them, unless we were to save the alpha's life ourselves..." Rolling his eyes, he kept his gaze off her, not wanting to start a fight right now. Not with her.

Chia looked up at the brute,"Y-yeah, I think so," she said. She sat and watched the fight, confused. "What happens if the brute dies? I don't want her to kill me if she wins." She muttered to herself again, barely audible. She continued to watch as the brute bit the fae in the throat.

Lea snarled, the teeth in her neck were annoying, she twisted until she got out of the brute's grasp and jumped on him, slashing at him with her claws and biting him.

Milarkai

He pummeled her muzzle with his large paws. He growled as her paw slashed through his left ear and he continued to pummel the fae and snap his jaws at her throat. He allowed to be slashed by her and he stood on his hind legs for a moment, before crashing down at full force.

Little Shadow

"Don't worry, Milarkai's not gonna die and I'm still here." he replied to the pup's quiet muttering.He watched as Milarkai brutally pummeled the fae with his paws and occasionally biting her. "What's your name?" he asked the pup curiously.

Sayruki blinked her eyes. "Does the Alpha always go to the hunters and say, 'Thank you so much for the food brought to the pack.' or do the Pup-Mothers say to the warriors, 'Thank you so much for fighting.'. No, they don't. They do appreciate us more than you think." She gave him a warm smile and layed down next to him.

Sayruki blinked her eyes. "Does the Alpha always go to the hunters and say, 'Thank you so much for the food brought to the pack.' or do the Pup-Mothers say to the warriors, 'Thank you so much for fighting.'. No, they don't. They do appreciate us more than you think." She gave him a warm smile and layed down next to him.

"Alright, alright. Maybe you're right... But a little recognition would be nice. Y'know, every once in a while..." Shrugging, he took a glance at Sayruki, sighing softly. She was pretty good at cheering him up, making him smile, laugh... Heh it was nice to have a friend like her. "Alright then, if you're so keen on this idea that we have to prove ourselves, want to go hunting? Just you and me." Spending time with her was something he could always look forward to. She seemed to actually enjoy his company, although since he was always whining, he wasn't sure why.

"I'm Chia," she said still staring at the fight. "What's you name?" She asked looking up at the brute again.

Lea yelped as the brute's weight was thrown against her body. She was pretty sure something was broken but she couldn't tell. She bit the brute's neck and held her jaw there until she felt blood in her mouth. She kicked the brute with her back legs, still grasping onto his neck and she pushed him onto his side, slashing at his muzzle before backing away, glaring at him, ready to continue also ready to flee.

Hawknose laughed a little. "Nice to meet you, Queenie! Oh, don't worry. I can be like that a lot myself. You heading down to river to swim? It's getting really hot out today. I thought I might catch some lunch on the way, too."

"I guess." Queenie said, her shoulders sluggishly shrugging. She offered a gentle smile. "You heading down there too?' She asked-

Coffee ate the deer meat slowly and her ears flicked when Shadow started speaking. She jerked her head up when she heard Rain's voice and nodded slightly. She knew that Shadow had pups with the past alpha female and that he was looking now for a new one, or was supposed to be. Coffee thought Shadow was doing a wonderful job running the pack as it was, on his own. She looked up at Rain and stood, feeling sorta full anyway.

Hawknose and Queenie had become good friends during the day they spent together at the river. She stretched and wandered away from the rocks, taking in the beauty of the sun beams showing through the forest canopy. she was warming up on a rock when she heard a pup squeal from far away, by the night pack's camp. she quickly stood up and raced over to Queenie to wake her up. "Queenie, hey, i just her something weird. I think we should go and check it out. it'll be fun, and it'll get us warmed up for the day. okay?"

"Sure." Queenie said, lashing her tail behind her. Queenie was starting to get slightly overwhelmed by the young she wolf's excitement. She followed after Hawknose through the underbrush. Queenie's ears perked up at the sound of a pup. What in the...? Queenie hurried forwards, her flank brushing against Hawknose as she passed-

hawknose rushed over to a pup who's leg was bleeding. "I'm gonna get you all healed there, okay? It'll be quick." she quickly took her a little farther away from the fight, letting queenie see to the fight and other pup to prove herself a wolf. it was a good opportunity for her. she quickly got some nearby moss and marigolds for the young pup's leg.
