"Recording stuff?" a voice sounded from the back of the store. Frost trotted out, blinking her crimson-slitted eyes before sizing up the unicorn. She'd seen her before. Blegh, why a unicorn? Frost rolled her eyes, putting it past her before saying again, "Do you need any help with them? They're in the back, behind the electric genre." She pointed over towards the back of the store, where she had the shelves for the electric music, or dubstep. "If you need any help with them I'd be happy to volunteer."

Owl Song (Owl)

I saw an eyeroll aimed in my direction and winced. What was it about some ponies judging people before they even met somepony? I sighed. "Thanks. I'll ask somepony if I need help with anything. How much would it cost for me to rent these for around an hour?" I asked, as the pegasus turned away. I went over to the shelves, which were cramed with speakers, microphones, the whole lot. Carefully I selected a microphone, a set of decent looking headphone and a speaker.

The Wonderbolt thought for a moment, not many people asked to rent them. What was the usual price? Eh, she'd completely forgotten. "Heh- well, they're free for use as long as you stay in the store. There's a soundproof room right-" a pause as she pointed off towards the side of the store, near the counters, " - there."

Storm Chaser pouted when the earth pony thought she had meant BlazeFire. She face-hoofed and looked at BlazeFire, chuckling. "Oh, you'll see it alright. Come on!" she said, trotting off towards a field she knew about nearby. She stopped and turned around, crossing one hoof in front of the other. "Oh and Sibuna, I meant my stunts, not BlazeFire's. So if you want to see them, feel free to follow," she said with a grin and then turned around, flicking her tail for BlazeFire to follow.

Sibuna

A frown creased her lips, but then was quickly replaced with another giddy stupid smile. "OK, let's see what you got, Storm." She said, not bothering to say her full name. She darted after the younger pegasus on her board. The wheels soon got caught in the brush of the field. With a slight groan, Subina started trotting with a more content purr by Cleo. The Siamese cat hated being on her owner's back when she "was in the zone" on her board.

BlazeFire

Blaze smirked slightly as the new pony got a little muddled, however rolled his eyes good-naturdly at Storms enthusiasm. Feeling lazy, he flapped his wings slightly and houverd off the ground, before letting the breeze blow him in the right direction. Bending a feather tip, he swirled left to right so as to stay floating in the right direction. An ear swirled slightly as he heard the earth pony from before trotting after them. Looking at her, he raised an amused eyebrow as the cat had chosen to stay on the ground rather than walk. Stifling a snort, he slowed slightly to her pace. "So Sibuna..." he began "What brings you to Morganchester ?" the stallion asked conversationally.

Sibuna

"Born and raised here, I guess. Better question is what are you doing here?" Sibuna said, staring at the stallion's slight hovering. She felt a little strange next to two pegasi. Secretly, the earth pony hoped for wings. Flying sounded just so amazing. The wind in her mane, the clouds her to command-oh how it sounded just gave her chills. Then she snapped back to the reality of the fact she was an earth pony and a small one at that.

Owl Song (Owl)

"Really? Thanks!" I said, and magically transported the equiptment I needed into a small recording room the pegasus had pointed out to me. The walls were covered in gray foam, and there was already a microphone stand set up. A sound board was hooked up to a sleek white desktop, which I ran my hoof over. Hopefully I won't fail too badly, I thought, looking around the room and finally spotting a stack of CDs to burn the demo on to. I slid the head phones on, hooked them up to the computer and shut the door. Then, after I was sure that the recording softwear was up, I began to sing.

Storm Chaser grinned. What they didn't know was that she could control lightning from her hooves like BlazeFire could fire from his. She beat her wings and lifted herself into the air, zooming around and gathering dark thunder clouds that she knew held lightning in them. Once she had gathered and placed them for her stunts, she grinned and flew high into the air. "Hey, ponies, up here!" she called, waving a hoof at the two ponies in the field. She then did a backwards flip while flying and zoomed down towards the highest storm cloud. Lightning crackled on her hooves, causing sparks to fly behind her, yellow and white.

She lifted herself up at the last moment and hit the first storm cloud, causing lightning to flash and hit the other nearby storm clouds, causing a small light show to happen. Flashes here and there and the sound of thunder clashing as she watched for a moment. Then she flew straight down and straight through the lightning! However, to keep from getting burnt, she went into a spiraling twirl in a diagonal pattern, the lightning crackling and rolling around her in little tendrils as she did so. She passed through three storm clouds that created loud 'booms', each in their own pattern of sound. As the lightning continued to crackle around her, she continued to spiral to the earth and then, just as it seemed she would hit the ground, she pulled out of her spiral and thudded all four hooves on the ground and pushed up, a loud crackling and boom happening as lightning struck around her, surrounding her in a dazzling display as she flew up, the lightning coming up from the ground and touching the other storm clouds.

She seemed to race the lightning as she flew through it, whips of lightning trying to get her but she dodged and did twirls if she couldn't dodge one, more tendrils of lightning surrounding her body. She then flew through the very top storm cloud again and lightning flashed in the cloud and outside it as she flew through it in a spiral, the lightning spreading out from all sides of the storm cloud, creating yet another dazzling display. She stopped just above the storm cloud and then flitted lightly on top of it, causing a large flash and boom as the sound of what sounded like fireworks sounded and she was encased in dazzling lightning that didn't touch her as it ended, one of her hooves crossed in front of the other both behind and in front of her, her eyes closed as she seemed proud of her display. She seemed to be saying "tada!" as she stood there, head held high in pride.

BlazeFire

Blaze smiled and nodded slightly as the earth pony explained why she was here. Although at her question, he smirked and chuckled slightly at the memory of when he moved "Weeell, Frost, Ice and I have been good friends since we were young right ?" he began, gesturing in the direction of the pony in questions shop. "So a few months ago Frost buys the shop, for whatever reason" he continued with a dismissive shake of his head "Soon after, I was on my own since Ice went as well so, I packed a couple of things, turned up on her doorstep unannounced and demanded that she let me stay" he shrugged out, with a fond smile "I knew she wouldn't say no" he snickered out, thinking of Frosts' face when she'd opened the door to find him stood there with next to no possessions. However he soon stopped reminiscing as he watched storms impressive display. Plopping his back-end to the ground, he grinned as he watched. When she was finished and back on the ground, he nodded his head and clapped his hooves approvingly "Very impressive Storm" he commented "Although your landing was a bit sloppy" he obviously joked, in fact she had executed the manoeuvres well ! If boss pony ever saw her, he'd be very interested indeed.
