Mottlefur followed him outside quickly. ''Maybe we could try and hunt again, that is if we don't get interrupted by a dog.'' She joked. She knew it was a bad time to make a joke, she just wanted to lighten up the mood.

Birch got out of Ice's grasp and looked at the forest. It was cold, but it was more peaceful than the clan right now. He sighed and rested his head on his paws.

[Sunsmoke]

Breezeshade hisses. "Because you act like kits! Warriors don't want to deal with app. that are acting like kits! They don't put kits on patrols because they are reckless! Do you get it! Act like a warrior then you will be looked at as a warrior!" She flicks her tail as Emberdream looks up at the cats. He looks at the clan and mews. "I think we need to calm down." Emberdream jumps in between the smaller cat and mews. "Leave my sister alone. Stripestar is our leader so we follow him because he is the one we follow. So if you need to attack anyone attack me."

Sparrowpaw was soon tired of biting Stripestar. She released her bite on him and spit the blood out on the ground and stained the carpet that covered the floor, and then jumped at Emberdream and attempted to push him off the bookshelf.

"Come down, everyone's worried!" he called up to the apprentices. "I'm coming up, okay? Let's settle down. Stress isn't good for queens." Sunspot began climbing the bookshelf, unsteady at first but was quickly climbing faster with ease. Apparently leaf-bare hadn't gotten rid of his climbing skills. He soon reached the top and winced at the bloody sight in front of them. The ginger and white tom stepped forward, tail twitching nervously. "Come here, you three. Your battle skills are very good but a leader isn't the proper target. Now rouges and loners and foxes and badgers, those are a different story. Use your moves on them, not Stripestar. You've done enough and I'm sure he sees your point, whatever it is. You've had an emotionally exhausting day and you're simply coping badly. Please, let's just get down, okay?"

[Sunsmoke]

(They do know if they push him off they will go with him and will get hurt?) Emberdream flicks his tail as he looks at the kits. He lets them attack him.

Jaypaw still tore at Breezeshade's fur. "No! She's the one saying things like THAT!" he hissed. "Stripestar is leader, sure~ but he should NOT be." He slid off of Breezeshade, knowing that he had given her some good injuries. He scrambled back up the bookshelf, meowing loudly to Spottedpaw, "Do you need me??" He glanced down at Sunspot. "S-sunspot, please go back down! You'll get hurt!"

Sparrowpaw jumped back when her attempt at pushing him off failed. She looked at Sunspot. ''YOUR FACE IS COPING BADLY!'' She hissed. She jumped at Emberdream and started to bite him on the scruff instead, her grip still strong.

Emberdream looks at the cats and mews. "We know that! Stripestar knows that! So get over your self! My father taught you better!" He slap theSparrowpaw on the cheek as he mews. "Stop fighting"

Spottedpaw kept his claws into Stripestar's fur. "He's leader but he's a horrible one! Is defending my dead father's glory good enough to fight?!"

Ice gave her mate a lick on the cheek, then moved on to groom Birch. She was the least fazed about the situation, mostly because she didn't know what the fight was about, and with the constant drama in the clan was used to things like this. She focused on making the other cats feel better because of this fact.

Jaypaw started bristling. He planned to leap at Emberdream for even TOUCHING his sister, but first touched his nose to Sunspot's cheek. "Please, get down," he murmured.
