Bug lay down as close to Willow's cats as she felt comfortble, hoping to catch snippets of conversation. Eyes squinted, they placed their head on their paws, whiskers twitching and ears pricked and listening. Bug did not trust these cats as far as a mouse could leap, and they werent going to make it seem otherwise. Though it wasn't their place to question Bunny's leadership skills, they sure were wondering why he trusted these strangers so much.

Falcon sat a little ways off from her kit, somewhat close to where Bark was curled up. She flopped over onto her side, stretching her paws and twisting around to claw at the sparse grass. The dirt beneath her was cool from the shade of the trees, and she appreciated its soothing qualities on her aching paw pads. Satisfied, she let out a little sigh.

The she-cat sighed, rubbing her muzzle against Willow's before standing and padding slowly to
Bunny. "What." She hissed, eyes narrowed.

T O P A Z

The small she-cat looked up at Branch, her eyes quivering. "Why would Willow allow us to come
with these cats?" She asked, tail waving angrily. "I mean, we don't need help, we're obviously all
independent and strong. I just don't get her." The silver she snorted.

B R A N C H

The brown tom look startled at Topaz's angry approach, she was always so calm and bubbly. His
amber irises contracted with an unknown emotion for the she-cat. It definitely wasn't love, but
wasn't something weak either. "Willow always has her reasons, Topaz, you know that. Like when
she told us we were going to take Softwillow back to her clan." He glanced at the pale brown and
cream tabby, her paws shuffling. Then he looked back to Topaz. "Just, it'll all work out."

Misty
"No, I'm definitely tired," she laughed softly, "but I'd like to keep an eye on these strange cats. It's a good idea though, them sleeping together, it'll keep them warm, especially in this wind...." she trailed off.

Heron
"Some day," he stated

Bunny looked at her calmly. "Such hostility, Sister. How long did you plan on staying with them? Why don't you come back to us, to me?" He asked, his tail flicking as he sneezed lowly. "You can't deny you missed the ol' group, you know."

}~{ ♥》¤《 Tide 》¤《♥ }~{

Tide stood before walking a few spots away from him. Circling the spot for a few seconds, he cut Heron a slight nod and sat down. Drifting onto his side, he stretched out and closed his eyes as he fell a sleep.

}~{ ♥》¤《 Bark 》¤《♥ }~{

Bark signaled for her to lay down. "Then why don't you rest? I could watch them just in case, yah' know." Glaring at the huddled group of cats, their pelts stood out, fluffy and fit. "Hopefully this will all settle down and they'll be gone by morning. Bunny has never done this before, pretty reckless if you ask me."

The she-cat snorted. "I'd rather not join your mangy furballs. I've got a great mate and kit." She
spat, ears low. "And what have you got? Tide and Bark still. I'm sure none of these cats mean
anything to you." She grumbled.

Bunny shot up and hissed lowly, "These cats are more important than your group huddled over there. If I were you I wouldn't get so caught up in yourself. What about when your perfect world comes tumbling down? What then?" He began pacing back in forth in front of her, his temper growing shorter by the second. "And what if Willow returns here after you bring that cat back?"

The she-cat was boiled up now with rage, her pelt fluffed up, her eyes blazing with hatred.
"Then I guess I'll follow her back! And in that matter, my perfect world isn't perfect. Do you
know how many days I've mourned over you, Bunny? The days that went by were full of pain
that I didn't get to see you. And now I realize you just, didn't want me! You must've
abandoned me because I was weak, right?" She hissed loudly.

Misty
Misty gathered moss in one place, and lay down on the makeshift nest. She gazed at Bark's brown and black tabby markings through the dim light. She was still tired, but couldn't sleep. She looked away from him, and buried her head under her fluffy tail. Sh closed her eyes, and saw two golden eyes before she drifted into sleep.

Heron
He sat down to watch Willow's group, his eyes full of distrust.

"Abandoned you? Do you not understand I couldn't see you through the current?! How was I suppose to save you if I couldn't see you in the first place, Sugar? Stop being so self centered and realized that I tried to find you!" Bunny stopped and stared at her, his tail lashing all around them. Nose to nose, his ears flattened as he waited for her to hiss back at him, knowing she would.

Bug, anxious and uncomfortable, sat up abruptly and slunk over to where Heron was sitting warily, sensing he felt the same way. "You don't trust these cats, do you?" they hissed quietly, ears pricked facing Willow's cats.
