Fernpaw flicked her tail happily and said" Thanks!" Leafpaw, however, was lost in thought. She had so many unanswered questions about what had been revealed at the Clan meeting. She longed to find Darkstream and talk to her, find out more about why she did what sheet did, but did not move.

She narrowed her eyes at Leafpaw, however. "But remember- Disloyalty is not tolerated. The consequence of that could be exile or death." She warned, before trotting away, to the medicine cats' den. "How is Mouse doing?" she asked, ears perked.

Fernpaw nodded, but Leafpaw was still lost in thought. Fernpaw nudged her sister, and mewex" Hey, let's go sort out our nest." Leafpaw hastily nodded, and they disappeared into the apprentices den.

Silverstrike scented the air for trespassers but cloud only smell prey
