The Wild Life (NEW AND ACCEPTING)

(Under her breath) Lyn mutters, "Number one. I'm not a cub, Two, I've proably caught more birds than your entire family. Three, I don't need permission to talk to someone. You need permission to be cranky."

Swift chittered with laughter as she buzzed above the tiger. Seeing Lyn, she slipped through the cage bars and said, "You're new. Who are you?"

[azhefa.]

Death yawns and looks towards his food slot, he wonder over and sniffs at a rotting peice of meat, he slaps it away and lets out his hungry bellow, wanting fresh meat.

Mala watches him and reaches her trunk out, it lightly grazes his flank and she sits up in surprise, she trumpets a little, "You're real!" She struggles to her feet, but her knees buckle and she falls back down.

[Shaynn]

Lyn looked at the little bird, "Yes. I am new. I just got here and my name is Lyn."

[JunJou Romantica]

Abassi looked at her quickly, looking at her, with soulful eyes.

Mala looks away embarrassed, she curses her weak legs. She looks over at him, "Sorry, I haven't eaten right since I got here, I just wasn't hungry."

"You should eat" he said quietly. He messed with his trunk by his feet.

Swift dipped her head rapidly. ''Need to escape? I've been helping so many animals get out. Its rather addicting actually.''

[Shaynn]

Lyn pondered it for a moment. "No. I know nothing about this place and it is not close to my home. It is better to be safe and well fed, even if the food is disgusting, then in the wild with no clue how to survive."

[azhefa.]

Mala nods, "Yeah, I guess so, but I just felt so lonly..." She sighs and holds out her trunk, "Help me up?"

A human keeper walks over to Death's cage with a pile of meat. He was obviously terrified of the cat and made sure he was far enough away before throwing in the meat he was carrying. Death prowls just far enough away and when the human throws in the last peice, Death lunges forward. He latches onto the human's arm and tugs a bit, not hard enough to tear, but hard enough to scare the crap outa him and when he lets go the human's arm is covered in blood and cuts. Death sits by his stack of meat and licks his blood soaked lips as the human runs off with the medics screaming in fear and pain.
