Oakstar overheard Mistytail and Bightfern. "I'm sure there are no nearby clans. Check for any rouges or kittypets." She meowed. "Kittypets around here don't leave there garden, Stormwing would know. He's a kittypet now, such a great warrior back then. His name is Blue now." Bearclaw meowed. Oakstar remembered that past. "Lake Clan was never going to last. I'm leader of this Clan now. Brightfern, please start a patrol."

Pinewhisker kept running and occasionally glanced back to see where Featherdawn was. His eyes widened when he saw her pass him.

After the ceremony, Sunpaw follows Riverspirit for a tour of the medicine den. Sunpaw excitedly looks at all of the herbs in the dark den. She wondered to herself, how she was going to learn the names of all of them. While Riverspirit speaks, the apprentice imagines herself as Mountainclan's hero medicine cat.
"I can't wait!" Sunpaw says in her head.

History ➳ Drizzlepelt's mother, Petalmist, was in Mountainclan before she left to be with a rougue tom named Blaze. When Petalmist had a kit, she realized that a kit could not survive the cold seasons with the amount of milk she had. The two decided to take their kit to Mountainclan, where Petalmist knew it was safe. They left the kit in the camp, and left forever. When the kit was found, a queen took him in and raised him. She even named him Drizzlekit, who came to be Drizzlepelt. Drizzlepelt never knew his mother or even that he was not born to the queen who raised him.
