The dark tabby apprentice was bubbling with excitement, but he kept a calm expression for the sake of the ceremony. Rockpaw caught sight of a cat he didn't see often, what with all the slender black cats looking so alike. He trotted over to Jynxshade from his secluded spot next to his brother. "Hello. Mind if I thit here?" He smiled politely, his protruding teeth sinking into his skin as he did so.

(If you don't understand what he's asking: "Mind if I sit here?")

As another cats gentle voice entered her ears, Jynxshade let out a silent groan. "Uh... Sure." The black she-cat said quickly, her words awkward and weak. Oh great... The anti-social she-cat thought to herself. Shuffling her black paws slightly, the ground benith slowly became indented from her ridged movements. With a gentle flick of her slim black tail, it wrapped around her paws.

Rockpaw nodded, though he could tell that he wasn't wanted next to this she-cat. He blinked his green eyes softly before flicking his gaze back to the ceremony. He didn't want to interrupt Featherkit's most important moment in her life, nor Jynxshade's obviously concentrated thoughts. He wrapped his tail neatly over his tiny paws, forcing his body to stay still and proper.

Multiple thoughts bounced around in Jynxshade's head, about the ceremony and her problem. Having no social skills at all discourages her sometimes. Blinking her deep blue eyes quickly, her focuse stopped upon the High Rock, where their proud leader Shadowstar perched. Without being conscious of it, the she-cat's eyes drifted towards the apprentice that sat beside her.

The small tabby apprentice had a strange, itching feeling about him as he watched the ceremony. With a quick sideways glance, Rockpaw noticed that Jynxshade was staring at him. "Uh.... Do you want me to move? I can if you want.." He flicked his gaze to his tiny white paws. He felt very awkward being stared down by an experienced warrior.

Within that instant, Jynxshade blinked her fixed blue eyes and shook her black head. "Uh... No... It's fine..." She replied back awkwardly. Blinking her gaze off from the tiny apprentice, the black she-cat felt her tail thrashing back and forth against the earthy ground.

Though Jynxshade didn't admit it, Rockpaw figured that the warrior didn't want the tiny disfigured apprentice sitting next to her. "Oh.... Um.. Okay.."
