Solarclan took the north side of the beach. From the Gathering Place, you cross the northern abandoned twoleg bridge. You are met by a thick oak and pine forest. The beach is to the west, where apprentices are trained on the sandy soil. Heading west, you will find a thick bramble barrier around a dip in the earth, where Solarclan has made their camp. Further west, you will meet a smaller river, where across it are some mountains. Solarclan is forbidden to hunt across the river, as Starclan meets with the clans in the Mooncave, which is a day's trip in the mountain from camp. Lunarclan is permitted to visit only on half moons, when both clan's watchers meet to discuss the Stars. Solarclan does patrol the mountains to ensure it is safe, however.
Solarclan's camp is a small forest clearing, where each den is nestled under a bush. There is an oak with a rocky hollow underneath, where the Sun Watcher's make their den. Inside is a small pool of water, an underground reservoir from the river going into the den. A holly bush homes the elders, though it is reinforced with much undergrowth to stay warm. The nursery is above the Sun Watcher's den, a honeysuckle bush nestled against the tree. The warriors den is a large bramble bush near the entrance, the apprentices close by under their own respective bramble bush. At the far end of camp is another oak tree, with one lower branch clear, it's thick branch covered in claw marks -- this is where the leader and Sun Watchers make announcements to Solarclan. Under the tree, their is a hallowed out badger's nest, where the leader makes their nest.

☽ Becoming A Warrior
Once an apprentice has passed their assessment to become a warrior, the leader and Sun Watcher's will decide on their future name and what is the most valuable trait of the apprentice. Once receiving their new name, the Sun Watcher's will take the new warrior out during the day to the mountains west of camp. They are told to go to the waterfall that the river comes from and soak in it. They then return to camp, and must sit a day time vigil near the border, hidden. At night, they return, and their fast ends.

I, NAME, leader of Solarclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a warrior in their turn.

☽ Becoming An Apprentice
When a kit has reached the age of six moons, they are permitted to be made apprentice. The leader will give them a mentor, and the Sun Watcher's will make sure the kit is well groomed, if their parents have not. After the ceremony, they will seek the apprentice out and teach them basic herbs to avoid and the warrior code.

NAME, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as NAME. Your mentor will be NAME. I hope PRONOUNS will pass down all they know on to you.

NAME, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You have received excellent training from NAME, and you have shown yourself to be TEXT and TEXT. You will be the mentor of NAME, and I expect you to pass on all you know to PRONOUNS.

☽ Becoming A Deputy
When the previous deputy has either retired, passed away, or ascended, a new deputy must be chosen at at dawn the next day. In the glow of the fresh sun, the Sun Watchers will pick who they believe is fit to be the best for Solarclan. They will put honey on the new deputy's head, and the leader, Sun Watchers, Senior Warriors, and Elders must lick their head to bless them.

I say these words before Starclan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors may hear and approve of my choice. The new deputy of Solarclan is NAME.

☽ Becoming Leader
When the clans leader has died or retired, the deputy steps up to become leader. A new deputy must be picked at dawn, before a Sun Watcher takes the new leader to the mooncave. Once Starclan has granted them their lives, the Sun Watcher will accompany them back to camp, where they send a messenger to the border to tell Lunarclan of their new leader.
