Looking to Practice Designing Charries(Open)

Hi there! I'm Nintendo Fan. I've been wanting to practice designing characters, since I'm not the greatest at it.

Sometimes, I get lucky, but most of the time, it doesn't look so great. But I want to change that, since finding the perfect char by browsing through this forum isn't at all easy, as few meet my tastes and if they do, they probably either have been taken already, or cost a list pet(And I have just one of those. I can't pay them)

So, it's time I see if anyone is interested in seeing if the character I produce for them will be any good! So then, one day, I can start designing them for myself and be good at it!

Rules

I will not do humans at this time.
I will do Feral and Anthro.
I'll do fandom characters, but only from fandoms I know. Warrior Cats and Animal Crossing OCs will be done,
You must fill out the form I provide. I need to know all information since I'm drawing from a description.
I can deny a request for any reason.
I won't do anything complex. Complex designs are my weakness; I can barely replicate them, let alone create them.
I won't do any "attractive" characters. This means no muscular anthros and for females.... You know.
By default, I only do one view of the character because my designs are normally symmetrical. However, you may request two at most, as well as a headshot.

Payment

This will be a "pay what you want" shop, but you must pay. If you are not satisfied with the design, I will delete it and possibly put it elsewhere for adopting, and you won't have to pay. Though, if you reupload it somewhere without paying, then... Well, obviously there will be consequences. :c

Try to be reasonable with the pricing. If you are willing to pay, that means you like the design, so don't give me a few commons, please. Even if the design isn't fantastic, you still also get art from this. And I spent a a lot of time on it.

Though I have guidelines that might assist you:

A char without ref(Includes just a flat-color image of the character): A late 2015 rare
A char with simple ref(Includes color palette, pawprints, optional name, and optional gender sign): A mid-2015 rare
A char with normal ref(Includes color palette, pawprints, name, gender sign, personality, age, sexual orientation, view of accessories, and drawing notes: Late 2013 or Early 2014 rare(Please, these are lengthy to do)

You don't have to follow these if you can't afford it. But try to pay what would be a good price when comparing what you pay to your other pets.

Form

Please note that the color palette image is required, because I am the absolute WORST at picking colors. It's simple: Just look up color palettes on whatever search engine you use and paste the image in the section of the form.
