Rules:
General rules:
- You may not claim to have created the design. Please give credit where it is appropriate, both for design and artwork.
- If a base was used for the reference picture, and you wish to use/post it, please obey the original artist's rules.
- Always wait for my go-ahead before using the design in ANY way, even when it comes to the free designs. Do wait until I say that it's yours.
- Most, if not all, of these adoptables where created using Oekaki. You will be automatically added to the original post when you claim a design from here. Do NOT use any other designs other than yours that might be on the same sheet.
- Once you have recieved the design, you are free to tweak it as you see fit.
- If you ever pass the design on to someone else, I would appreciate if you told me who the new owner is. That way, if I ever stumble upon someone else using it as their own, I will know that everything is as it should be.
- If you do happen to pass it on, please inform the new owner of these terms.
For free designs:
- You may not re-sell these designs for any kind of currency, virtual or real. If you no longer wish to keep the design, you can gift it away or trade it for another design or for artwork.
- Try not to grab all the freebies for yourself. Ask for a maximum of three designs at a time, then wait a day before asking for another.
For bought/traded designs:
- You may sell these designs for virtual currency only, unless you have payed real money for artwork of the character, that will also go to the new owner. You are free to gift these designs or trade them for other designs or artwork.
Note: "Artwork" doesn't have to be drawn art, but can also be custom music, writing and so on.
