WELCOME NOTE & RULES

Hey all experienced artists out there on CS! My name is Raven, and i am currently looking for someone to draw human art for me to actually use as my fursona, and also avatar. That is why I am holding an Artist competition, to see the best artist compete for the prize.

Before all the excitement and intense battle begins, here are the rules. You MUST READ THEM or you will be disqualified from the competition:

-No copying/tracing/stealing of art that you DO NOT OWN.
-Be polite and respectful at all times
-NO WHINING OR COMPLAINING/PROFANITIES here!
-Do not spam.
-STRICTLY NO BRIBERY.
-Only digital art

ARTIST REQUIREMENTS

Here are the requirements you need to meet before you can participate:
-You have to be an experienced artist on CS(eg. Won in competitons)
--You need to be able to do HIGH-QUALITY HUMAN ART.

I know, just simple requirements. Easy, huh? But its alot more complicated than you think it is as i do not have a reference. Only a description.

Or least this kind of standard. Basically what i want is anime kind of art, with full-body/near full-body art. References bin next post.

Description and references

-Pose Use this pose
-Long wavy blonde hair, fringe base on hair waves and fringe hair colour
-Grey eyes
-Red jacket and skirt Base design on the jacket and skirt. Same colours for skirt.
-Maroon High-cut sneakers if possible
-Snowflake necklace exact design of snowflake
-Snowflakes falling around her Like this, just make the snowflakes sparkle if possible

STEPS AND GUIDELINES

1. All artists participating fill in the form below. Best 10 forms will be chosen to proceed to the next round.
2. In the next round, the artists will do their actual drawing, not sketch. Best 5 chosen.
3. In the final round, the 5 artists chosen will proceed to colour in their work and add animations etc. Final winner will then be chosen.
