Nicolete received one kick to her side, pain sprouting up their and making her cough. She trembled slightly as the scientist turned around, quite surprised at Drake's power.

The scientist snarled at Drake and quickly ran out of the cage, avoiding Drake's attacks. He then ran into the single door, obviously starting to get back up.

Drake missed him by a little, and fell onto his hands and knees. He glared at all the scientists, and quickly grabbed Nicolete's hand. "We need to go, come on.." he told her gently, wondering if she could walk.

[~Tosuka~]

Nicolete looked at Drake with confused eyes, nodding slowly. She winced as she grasped his hand and slowly pulled herself to her feet. She swayed in place a little bit, the aftermath of the experiment starting to show.

She gasped for breath a little but then turned her head back to Drake. "O-okay..." she managed to croak to him.

Drake watched her carefully, ready to help her if she needed it. "Let's go," he said, gently tugging on her towards the exit door.

Nicolete followed Drake, her hand still in his. The exit door laid in front of them by a few feet, however about five scientists surrounded them. Two attacked Nicolete and the other three went for Drake.

Drake let go of her hand quickly, and started to charge Shadow claw again, aiming at Nicolete's attackers first, growling.

Nicolete stumbled when Drake let go of her hand, watching him attack the two scientists. However, two scientists advanced on his back while the other tackled her.

She hit the ground and let out a painful groan, starting to feel hands close around her neck. She gagged weakly, her eyes starting to close.

The four scientists attacked Drake at once.

Drake screeched furiously, clawing at the two in front of him, but he was unable to fight against the four when they all attacked at once.

[~Tosuka~]

Nicolete managed to push the scientist off her and managed to put a small flame onto the scientist. It brushed it off and kicked her in the side again. She was almost unconscious from the pain alone.

The two scientists in front of Drake fell, but another one punched him across the face while the other prepared to kick him.

Drake felt a hard blow to his face, and he winced, freezing up for a second in pain, before he started to charge another attack, opening his eyes, which were blazing with fury.
