Pack, Pack, Pack. The wolf tore at her skin, and she darted through the halls. Shift, Shift, Shift. It snarled at her, and she burst through the door pausing for seconds at the pavement. Run, Run, Run. The wolf within her snarled, and snapped at the surface. She clenched her fist and made for the woods that edged the school. Shift. Run. Shift. RUN! It screamed and she fell to her knees as soon as she was out of sight to all but those who may have followed her. She screamed, the sound of breaking bones and tearing flesh filled the air as the wolf took over, her muzzle elongating and fur growing. She panted, and a low whine escaped her lips. She had forgotten how much the shift hurt.

Zodix ran through the hall following her and sighed darting outside and said "Jesimine! wait!" he yelled and ran after her into the woods. He went to the tree line and threw his jacket off to get through the thorny brush. As he walked in he heard cracking and he ran further into the brush and said again, "Jesamine!" he called and waked to a clearing and his eyes went wide seeing her shifting her form into a wolf. He backed up dropping her sketch book and he backed up farther.

Taking a deep breath, she froze, smelling him; Mint and Cinnamon. She swung around to him, eyes wide, and for once she looked genuinely terrified of something. She flattened her ears, and whimpered. She took a step back, her paw silent. The forest seemed dead, silent and tense as energy crackled between them.

Zodix continued to slowly back up until he hit a tree with a thud. He winced and looked to her still as he said "J-J-Jesimine?" and his voice cracked and he watched her with wonder. "Y-Your a wolf..." he trailed off blinking his wide eyes and he examined her wolf body, the wolf he had seen before. He was too taken back to even speak more right now.

Without thinking she tackled him, pressing him into the ground with her front paws, her ivory teeth bared. You will tell no one. She snarled into his mind, her eyes giving away her fear and worry. Not even I can stop the pack. Do you know what they do to humans who learn about us? They kill them. She murmured, and her voice, even in his mind, was laced with concern and sorrow. She kept her paws pressing into his chest, her golden eyes watching him as she pinned him into the soul.

Zodix was taken back and his heart raced as she tackled him growling. Zodix winced and he shut his eyes. He was too taken back to say anything. He listen to her words in his mind. He was shaking and he said, "Y-Your a w-wolf....!" and he watched her in shock. "You were just human a second ago!" he was too confused to comprehend things... "Wait, What about Luke and the other?!"

odix groaned, "My god!" he said and he st up happy that she stepped off of him and he said, "Wait, so that pack you showed me, Them too. Also that is why you can show me things and talk to me is because you are a werewolf?!?!?!?!" he said confused annoyed and frustrated. he held his head and banged it against a tree trying to make sense of all of this.

She snarled when he hit himself. Don't hurt yourself! Jez snapped at him, and sighed. Her golden amber eyes suddenly flared to life with an idea, and she gave a lupine grin and a soft, playful growl, trying to bait him into following her. She nipped at his arms lightly, careful not to hurt him, but trying so hard for him to follow. She let the human part of herself drown in the wolf the rose up as she danced just out of his reach, tail wagging. Baiting him, playing with him, trying to make him forget his troubles for the time being. They were out of school, why not just skip? It was just one day, what could happen?

Zodix stopped and looked at her oddly, he watched her bounce around and nip at his arms and he pulled away. He narrowed his eyes though a smile was playing on his lips as he asked, "What are you doing?" he sat op some his jeans now dirty with leaves and particulates of wood that clung to them. He watched her with his soft brown eyes. His mind was focused on her and the ring of the school bell rung loudly it was faint to his ears.
