Liza darted in beside Lio and reached out for his hand, gently taking it in hers and giving him a peck in the lips before turning towards the minister and BEAMING~
Tala dragged Vespen to the front and wrapped one arm around his waist. Glancing up at him lovingly, she leaned in close and whispered, "Have I told you today exactly how much I love you?"
Tiny Sonja stumbled in between her brothers and pulled them all in front of their parents. "C'mon, shy slowpokes! We're the smallest, we go at the frooooont!" and she executed an almost perfect squee~
Liza grinned and highfived the three-year-old, proud of her work.
Xifeng swooped in and turned to Vespen. "May I?" she asked, indicating the group and cocking her fiery-feathered head.

[*QUIT*]

Skye put Gale down so he could be dragged away by Sonja, he didn't appeal to pictures that much so he usually sat them out. His hair covered his blue eyes as she sat down on one of the benches and watched the group with interest. Once more his thoughts roamed, and just like Kiran he was off saving cities, finding beautiful maidens, and climbign the tallest mountains.

Vesen kissed Tala on the lips and softly chuckled, "today? no, i don't think so. But we can all talk about that tonight." He spotted Xifeng and nodded, "should you even ask? I mean, you're part of our family now."

Feng's razor-sharp talons landed lightly on Vesen's shoulder. With his beak he did a quick overview of what he looked like and how good he looked. When he was done he looked to Xifeng and motioned with his wing to Tala, "she has two shoulders to choose from. Or a hand. Maybe and arm? anyways, get your feathers over here." His eyes were soft and filled wiht playfulness as he talked to his mate.

And michi was somewhere off in the woods playing with Dagger.

~ Xifeng / Liza / Yue-Tala / Sonja (Dare I go on? I still have to introduce Amy...)
Xifeng rolled her eyes at Feng and beamed at Vespen. She hopped over to Tala's shoulder, the one not on Vespen's side (so she was on the outside...) but still somehow managed to reach around the back of their heads to rub against that of her mate. "Better to ask forgivness than permission, I suppose," she murmured.
"Now," the minister reminded them, realising they were adults in forme but still young teens at heart, "I ask you all to remain a formal posture and ass no signs or silly faces to the photos..."
Liza was already moaning to herself, and Tala immediately knew that she was probably going to yell, "PEACE!" and hold up two fingers, grinning so wide that she couldn't see. Turning back to Vespen, she sighed. "I have to wait until tonight to tell you I love you?" she joked. "How about I say it now and we save tonight for...other fun?" she laughed.
Sonja giggled at Liza as she was the only one the little girl could understand. Her mum was having another moment where she was all 'code things to the children don't know what we're talking about'. (Haha and she just said 'other fun'!)

feng crooned with ahppiness as he rubbed his head to Xifeng's, "Cheer up, today is a happy day."

Vespen looked at Liza and already knew what she was most likely to do, he smiled and then just ignored her. His lips touched Tala's cheek softly and he whispered lovignly, "oh, that's completley unnessassary. I know your voice will be cracked in the morning just screaming 'i love you'."

Gale had always been camera-shy so he quickly hid behind his mother. The only thign visible of his appearance was a curious blue eye, a tuft of brown hair, and a patch of his dirty cheek.

~ Xifeng / Yue-Tala
The fae phoenix curved her neck so that it looked like one half of a heart shape. "Of course I'm happy," she crooned, "I have been every day since the minute I met you, Feng!"
Tala couldn't help cracking up at Vespen's comment. "I don't know... exactly...what that... was supposed... to mean," she gasped between giggling fits, tears now forming in her eyes, "but now... is definitely... not the time... to be talking... about things... like screaming!"

(Same :3 C'MON, DEI!)

Vespen was near to laughing to but he remained calm and wiped the tears from her cheek. His hand touched her in an effort to try to get her to stop laughing. "I'm sure you know exactly what I'm talking about, but let's keep this conversation for tonight and just take the d*mn picture already."

Feng''s neck feather ruffled in delight and he too curved his head to form half of a heart. "oh, you're just saying that..."

Skyle moaned loudly and prenteded to look at a watch on his wrist, "come one lovebirds!" He didn't specifically mean the birds, mainly just Tala and Vespen."Take the picture! I'm starving and that cake will not cut itself."

~ Yue-Tala / Xifeng
Tala's skin still tingled wherever he touched her, which didn't help in the case of 'playing checkers'. "Of course I know what you're talking about! I just had a bit of a 'that's what she said' moment that I simply couldn't resist. Oh, and shuddup, Skyle, or you won't get any cake at all," she threatened teasingly, putting her scolding voice on.
"Now," came the minister's voice, "smile in three..."
"I'm flaming serious, Feng," Xifeng nudged him playfully, "pun intended."
"Two..."
"Smile, kids!" Tala poked them each softly.
"One..."

[Mudwiggles]

*click*
The camera lense snapped, and just for the briefest moment, time stood still.
The smiling faces of cherished friends and family, a truly blissful pair of newlyweds, and a beautiful wedding.
The whole moment captured in the blink of an eye, captured forever.

"YEAH!" Kiere screamed. "And NOW we party!" he was about to speed off until Hana stepped in and caught ahold of him by the collar of his now untucked and scruffy shirt.
"A party?" Takare bounded up, shoving her way through the still concregated crowds of people, on her way to Tala. "Oh Tala, is there really gonna be a party? It sounds like such fun! We could all go find a rooftop somewhere, wait til it's dark and set off a whole bunch of fireworks! Wouldn't that be... I dunno, romantic?" she asked, clapping her hands happily.
"Oh God yes, that's so romantic!" Lionel joined in, flapping his hands around like a flustered girl before her first date. "Unless you two had plans, of course..."

~ Yue-Tala / Liza / Sonja / Xifeng
"Actually, Taka, we... erm... sort of did. But think of it like this, bro: We've got the rest of our lives to celebrate! Just give us this night, this beautiful blissful night, to be alone. Please," her eyes begged but seemed as if they were holding a secret. Liza already knew, and Skyle was sure to guess quickly... but would Taka and Hana and Kiere and the others realise?
Liza was giggling uncontrollably now...
Sonja looked extremely confused and hurried inbetween Gald and Kiran, wondering what on earth they were going to do.
Xifeng chirruped happily and flew over to Tala's shoulder.
Tala felt relly guilty now... "But you gys can use the fireworks!"

[Mudwiggles]

"Dude, you and Vespen always come first, right? I'm not gonna get in the way with some little party thing, right? This is YOUR guys night, and you are gonna spend it how you want!" Takare clapped happily. "Besides, it was stupid of me to think you wouldn't be busy with - ahem - other plans tonight..." she grinned cheekily, waved, and skipped off on that note.
"We'll all drink to your honour and to your lifelasting marriage or something anyway." Lionel smiled. "You won't be forgotten or anything. Plus, we have too many parties anyway...
And we can look after the kids! There won't be booze, and they'll love fireworks. They'll be fine!" he snapped his fingers, having had a rare brainwave.

"S-Sonja..." Kiran trailed off. He didn't like this, reality was really scary. He wanted to hide back with his martians, but when they wouldn't come back to him, he found a few imaginary friends instead. He congregated amongst them, and suddenly felt safe again.
