The Minotaur watched with wide eyes, flaring his nostrils every so often.

James stared at Delilah with teary eyes. Slowly, he extended a hand and stroked her cheek.

Delilah didn't react to James, all she think about was Death Death Death.

The Minotaur suddenly stood up, confused. Why could he hear Delilah's thoughts?
"She has the Noise..." His voice rumbled and he snorted, "She may not die."

James started at him,
"But-But-But.." He stuttered. he looekd down at Delilah and crashed his lips onto hers. He pulled back with tears runnign down his cheek, "Delilah.." '

Delilah groaned and flickered open her eyes, she was slightly confused. She groaned and looked at James.

James sighed in relief and smiled,
"Delilah..?"

Victoria smiled ad Delilah woke. She placed the baby next to her.

Delilah stared at James and ignored the baby, she managed a smile.

The Minotaur didn't smile, he couldn't. How was he supposed to smile? He didn't have the right face for it, cows weren't supposed to smile.
