"I don't know, I was hoping you would." She replied, concern flooding her tone as she realized Alban was upset about it due. Due to that, she tried to stop jealously prickling her fur, unaware that Alban was angry and upset with Konear, not upset the same way she was.

Alban bounded back to the camp, and her eyes darted around. "How could he? I hope he dies in they'd gosh forsaken desert!" she growled, but she didn't really mean it.

"How the heck could you say that?!" Savanah asked in shock, confused. Hadn't her and Konear been friends? Now she just flooded with anger.

Nero walked up calmly to Alban's side. "You know you don't mean that...give him a chance...maybe he'll come back?" he said, trying to look optimistic.

Savannah snorted as she was ignored, but didn't really mind.

"Maybe..." but something inside her gut said he wouldn't.

Savannah sniffed. What if he never did come back?
