Now That They're Gone...




~~Ember Avery Smith~~



~During Ember's Death~

Kimber's eyes widened, as the news sunk in.
Ember was dead.
She wasn't coming home.
Kimber's big sister,
Was gone.
Forever.

Ember's Past~
Ember was the second oldest of the Smiths, which consisted of: Her red (orange) headed mother, Cereina, her brunette father, Peter, her older sister (whose hair is as red and bright as Ember's), Rose (a.k.a Rouge), herself, her younger sister (hair equally bright and red as the rest of the siblings),Kimber, and later/during Ember's games, Cereina finds out to be pregnant with another (bright redhead) girl who is named Rachel. The Smiths lived in District 1, so they were never poor. Also, since they were the wealthier people in the district, yet Ember would hunt, (instead of train for the games like other kids her age). Fresh meat was more important then illegally training for such horrible entertainment. Kimber, 12, and Ember were so close, they were always together. Ember taught Kimber to hunt, Kimber taught Ember climb trees in such a way, you would never make a sound, yet got high enough to see over all the leaves, and never let a branch snag beneath you. The two, Ember and Kimber, also looked very much alike. Rouge, 17, stayed to herself since none of her family had a fond for her. She was a vicious killer, while her family were lovers. Rouge used to be nice, and like Ember, but once she turned 14 and finally decided it would be good to go train for the games....they changed her. She felt nothing but hatred, so she changed her name, so vulnerable it seemed to her, and always insulted Ember.

Ember's Family During the Games~
As her family bit their lips, while they're eyes fluttered over the screen whenever Ember came on, Rouge began to soften up a bit, but not completely until she died. That's when she decided to take place as Ember's role in the family, started going by Rose again, and really seemed to be Ember. Kimber was still depressed about Ember, but she loved that Rose was back to her regular self, before she went to training camp. Though, Kimber became paranoid that another Hunger Games would snatch those she loved away from her again. Right before the games started (when the tributes were training), Cereina discovered she was 3 months pregnant. Once she gave birth, Cereina decided to name the girl Rachel, but named her middle name after Ember.

During training, Ember bonded with Josh (in a older brother way), and Renee.

Ember's Family's Future
A year later, Kimber's name was pulled. Shaking, Kimber stepped forward, but before she could take another step, Rose lunged forward and volunteered. Kimber was crying like crazy. It was happening again. Her Ember was being taken away to die.
During Rose's games, she made it to the final three, when she was severly injured by the remaining careers, both from 2, in which they tied (once around) with electrical cord, and electricuted her, she managed to escape and stab one of them, in which with the new rule with 2 can win, she and the boy tribute won.
Once Rose came back home, she was sent to the hospital, because being electricuted drove her a bit crazy, kinda like Annie from the hunger games books.
This, cause Kimber to basically be the oldest in the family, so she matured fast, hunted every day, and took care of Rachel like Ember did to her. No one else from the Smith family was pulled again. Rose finally regained herself and returned to her home in the victors village. Kimber later married a man named Ronny, and had two kids, a boy named Walter, and a girl named Ebony. And Rachel married a man name Ethan, and had four kids, three girls, Shae, Scarelette, Sandra, and a boy, Sam.




Ashely Carter Jade



She faked her death.
She attacked all the people on the ship that picked her up.
She survived.
But here's the thing,
Everybody thinks she's dead.
Except her adopted parents,
She drove the ship to collect her parents,
And together they ran to district 1 where they began new lives.
Her new name?
Honor Skye Reed.


Ashley's Past
Ashley was an orphan, but one day when she was walking through the streets, a wealthy couple scooped her up (not really) and adopted her. She was treated quite good then, and she really believed them to be her real parents.

Ashley's FamilyDuring the Games
Once Ashley got pulled, her family planned a way for her to escape alive. They strategized a certain way for everything to happen, and make it believable. Also, her father gave her a quick sonopsus on how to fly the hovercraft which will pick her up.

They flew the hovercraft to district 3, then they walked all the way to district 1, where they started over, with new names. They were, the Reeds. Later, Honor was pulled for the Hunger Games when she was 18, and she survived.



Penelope Blue Ty




Her baby died.
Or did she really?
The grandmother who was in charge of her, only can say that she's disappeared.
What really did happen to Tea?
Well, let's see...


Her life Before the Games
Penelope was a nice girl, a girl you would remember, but then, one day, she was kidnapped. She was missing for three months, but then one day, she was brought back to her family (her mother and father were killed, right before she came back/ so only her grandmother is her family), pregnant. She doesn't remember anything, the kidnapper, beat her that hard, but she didn't care about the baby's history, just it's future. After she gave birth, she spent all her time with her baby, Tea. When her name was pulled, she had her sick grandmother watch over her. But, she knew that wouldn't last long...

During the Games
A long, lost half- sister, that nobody knew about, Phoebe came and took Tea, and began to raise her. But since the grandmother didn't know she existed, everyone thought she was kidnapped, and was killed.

After the Games
Tea is growing up beautifully with Phoebe, believing she is her mother. Phoebe is 21, so she doesn't ever get picked for the games, and neither did Tea ever. When Tea was 30, she gave birth to two twins, a boy, Simon, and a girl, Susie.

The Past...

"It's a girl!" the doctor had cried, and the mother had leaned back in relief. Soon the baby was taken to it's grungy home in the Seam. She had grown up soon, and went to school. She wasn't as social as the other kids, and was teased. When she was 8 years old, her mother had died from starvation. She tried as hard as she could to become the mother of the family, and take care of her siblings. Soon she became 12. She signed up for four tessarae, for her, her two younger brothers, and her father. Then came the reaping when she was 14. Her name was pulled and she walked up slowly, trembling.

Her Family During the Games...

They could hardly watch, but their eyes were locked on the screen the moment they could see her and her brown eyes. Her father became numb, and couldn't eat, or do anything. He eventually starved. Her brothers had to be taken to the community home.

Her Family's Future

Her two brothers eventually grew up. Ryan grew up, and when he was 28, got married to a lovely merchant girl named Jennette. Neither of them could bear to have children.

Radcliffe, at 18, volunteered, when the 12 year old brother of the girl he loved dearly got pulled. With them and Renee as motivation, he won, and went home. They got married almost immediately. His wife was named Trinity and they had 3 kids. Quinlan, Chance, and Renee JR.
