Hayley looked over to him and sighed, finally beginning to calm down. "This is not your fault at all, James. He was the one who took me away from you, you had nothing to do with it." She said, giving his hand a squeeze. She closed her eyes and rested against the window. "Thank you for saving me."

[Laundry Detergent.]

James looked at her. "Why wouldn't I save you?", he asked. "What? Did you think I was just gonna let him kill you?", he asked.

"I just didn't think you would come looking for me..the letter, it said that I was going home. How did you know he took me to the forest? Or even took me in general?" Hayley asked tiredly.

James sghed. "I knew it because I knew you wouldn't leave, and that he's done that before. He always takes the kids to the forest..", he bit his lip, then pulled into the hospital parking lot. He got out, then opened her door, helping her out.

Hayley didn't respond to his words and got out when he opened the door. She immediately put her other hand onto her gash to try to stop the throbbing and bleeding. "Damn, I feel light headed." She muttered with a light groan, waiting for him before beginning to walk into the hospital.

James looked at her, then took her hand. "Do you feel like you're about to pass out?", he asked, leading her to the door. "Tell me if you do. Because I don't want you passing out.", he said.

"I just feel a little dizzy is all." Hayley said, closing her eyes as she tried to focus her eyes better. She held onto James tightly, walking through the doors of the hospital and over to the counter. One of the nurses behind the counter gasped at the sight of the blood and quickly called for a doctor. "James, stay with me. I am afraid of hospitals. Please, don't leave again." She said nervously, clinging onto him and not letting go.

James held her tightly, then nodded. "I won't. I promise.", he watched as the nurse came back with a wheelchair, then helped Hayley sit down in it. He walked with them back to the hospital room, and he had to wait outside the room while they fixed her arm. He sighed, then waited.

Hayley began to get nervous as they made her sit down in the wheelchair, and even more nervous when they didn't let James into the room. She felt like she was having a panic attack and the doctors noticed it as well, trying to get her to relax. Eventually, they had to knock Hayley out with some drugs to stop her panic attack and make her cooperate. The doctors began cleaning up the wound and stitching it up. When they were done, they left the room and walked over to James. "We are all set, she might be a little bit loopy though, we had to put her to sleep since she was panicking so badly." They said before walking off.

James opened his mouth to speak, but they were already gone. He sighed, then walked into the room. Seeing her there, with the stitches in her arm, and being half knocked out; made him want to kill his father even more. He bit his bottom lip, now feeling even more guilty. He walked over to the bed, then pulled up a chair beside it, holding her hand.
