"Do you think I have the time? Just take the damn check!" Cody snapped, holding it out.

"You're just like any other person, Cody! You say you love me, kiss another girl, knock me up, then just leave. So, I am not taking the freaking check! I just want you to know, you ruined my life!" She sobbed, crying hard.

"Why wouldn't you want the money?" Cody said quietly. "And there's always other options."

Sierra looked up at him, her eyes red. "I work for my money. I don't take checks from people. And no. If you haven't noticed, everyone at this school hates me. So, no other options." Her voice faintly cracked.

Cody jerked up from his chair. "I have a reputation, Sierra. I can't do this!" He slightly snapped.

Sierra did the same, now standing. "My life has been a mess, and you know that. So, now you're coming, and ruining it again! But now, you will be known as the knocker upper, cheater, worst leaving boyfriend ever!"

Cody looked at her coldly. "Guess I'm like any other guy." He growled, picking up his textbook and walking out of the classroom.
