The Night draws in and the truths now coat the air like a flu. All amoung Avvalar the animals whisper, of the fall of the Angels. But Kasaker is no-where to be seen, merely the thruths and lies the crumble Digikat and Malbetars relationship. Seeing his oppitunity, Marfly seeks to strike Malbetar where it hurts- and has been seen speaking with Digikat commonly in the cover of night. What is to become of The Mountain of Kings, and what is to happen to the Angels?

The once proud guardian lay silently alone miles away from Mount. King. His small wolf body laying flat against the floor as he tossed over the decicions he had made in the past few days... What had he done? Did his heart belong with the one who desires it? Or the one who loaths it? He closed his eyes and sighed... He loved Dig, but he constant aggression and hatred was beginging to show in Mal's Rule, and the animals were becoming very rebellious. 'A Choice has to be made...' His bright mind buzzed with sorrow. 'Dig must be put down in her place... She refuses to accept my help, my love... I have to do somthing.' He thought. He lifted his head up and blinked hard, a tear rolling down his cheek. He loved Dig... and this was the last thing he wanted to do for her...

Winter soared high in the skys, the feathers of her earthy brown and green flecked wings rustling in the wind. Her head filled with many thoughts, of many things. Was it wrong to want something or someone who did not belong to you? To question her being and why she was the only one left? Was she causing more disaster to Avvalar and amongst the angels then perhaps even Kasaker? filled with these thoughts the magical barn owl stared down at the world tiny below her, yet she could see ever detail as her body slided along the cold night air currents, she could even see in the distance were Malbet lay, also deep in thought, and she could feel the pulsating grief that ebed from his soft blue fur. Taking her eyes off him she focused her eyes on a mouse chewing on the grass far below her, no matted how much she longed to she knew she couldn't ease Malbets pain, and ever since there kiss things had been falling apart between them, starting from the time she fought his own brother for Malbet love and lost... No one wanted her to be with him, and she didn't even think he wanted to be with her. With a small hoot of dispair she angled her wings and began to dive, pulling her wings in as the air ripped at them, her green eyes growing large and black as they locked themselves onto the little mouse before her wings shot out, pulling her up like a parachute as she drew close to the ground, her talons extending until they closed down around her prey. Her wings splayed out on the ground as she pinned the little mouse and then delivered the killing bite with her sharp beak and then lifted off again, carrying her prey into the air, latched in her talons. She wasn't hungry, but she had to try and cheer him up, it was against every muscle in her body to leave him in such a time. So her wings silently beat through the sky, heading to were the blue wolf lay.

[Flame-Eye]

The shadows lifted and their dark haunting whispers with them. The Darkness remained however. But the beautiful dark shadow of Winter gained ever closer, almost luminated against the dark blue sky. "Winter?" Mal whispered to himself. He lifted his head from his paws and squinted. He stood up as she came even closer, and begun to back down, his ears droped. "You can't be here..." He said, looking up at her magestic Tyto form.

Deeper into the mountains, Digikat was jumping around like an excited hatchling. She did enjoy seeing Marfly, and they had become good friends now. She forced herself to sit down and be still and tilted her head slightly. The hideout had appeared to be falling apart recently. Tensions had grown higher and friendships were crumbling. It's all Malbet and Winter's fault! If they hadn't secluded me like that, then maybe I would still pay attention to them! Marfly was the one who helped me heal... She shook her head and looked at the sky. Marfly should be around soon. She watched the stars quietly, wondering how Malbet was right now. She sneered. Either wallowing in self pity or flirting with Winter. Lying down and watching the stars, she waited quietly for Marfly.

The Clouds gathered like an incoming storm. The dull grey clouds seemed to fog their way down to Dig like snakes of the sky. Out of them, burst a tall mighty dragon. His skull like markings coloured his face in a unique way that only possibly conclude that he was brother to the guardian. His thin legs skidded to a halt, his Carlinco hands gripped the rocks as easily as grass. "Dig..." He greeted with a dreamy smile upon his face. His mane swished in the wind current his rain-less storm had created, alongside his magnificent crimson cape that strapped to his shoulders. Its beautiful gold markings carefully stitched into dragon like animals that could only be described his people. His blood red eyes slowly drifted open as he lowered his head to the wolf's hight. "-You Called?" He asked rhetorically, the smile then again returning to his face. Dreamy, however it also twitched with his unreliable smirk he possessed around his protective brother.

The stunning silver and rose Carlinco Dragon stood a foot or more taller than his brother at full height. His wingspan however matched by the Guardian. His Markings were similar to his brothers, but as he got older, the Male developed more intriguing patters as his body adapted to life as a God. His Horns the same as Malbetar, however he bared the stunning mane his species lay famous for, whereas his younger brother didn't even seem to show any signs of his mane growing.

DAWN OF MARFLY

Winter circled above Malbet as she prepared to land, his words slowly rising up to her, but she expected nothingless of the selfless guardian to say. Spreading her wings she smoothly landed infront of him, the mouse still wrapped up in her talons. "Thats no way to speak to the person who brought your dinner," she said, frowning at him as her form shimmered and as the sparkling dust vanished she stood in wolf form, her long scarf, Sherlock wrapped around her neck, and her intense emerald eyes gazing down at him. "Why can't I be here Malbet?" she said, picking up the mouse and carrying it to him, placing it at his paws. "Don't let it go to waste, I know you are hungry, I can feel it mixed in with all that dispair and sorrow that pulses from your body, a foggy smoke that blinds me occassionally," she said, nosing the mouse closer and sitting down, her enchanting eyes not leaving his face for one second.
(Marfly looks cool, but Malbet will always be my fave. I drew him btw, but I can't show until the weekend, cause I have VERY slow internet!)

Malbet sat silently for a minuet, allowing her words to whisper into his ear before he spoke. "-I'm in Exile, I cannot eat..." He murmured, lifting his ears a little but lowering his head. He out-stretched his paws and lowered his body stiffly to the floor. He groaned a little as he laid upon his leg on his side. He put his head on his paws and looked up at Winter's Emerald eyes, Like those of fireflies of green. He took a deep breath in and exhaled deeply. "Why can't it just be easy? Why can't I live as a normal Wolf in my own valley?" He asked quietly, looking around on his second question. He voice croaked while he spoke, as if he were hiding tears.

Winter's ears pressed against her head, "Why are you in Exile?" she asked softly, looking from him and allowing her eyes to travel across the deep, dark blue sky, before returning to the guardian. she flicked her ears up at his words and layed down, thinking about it. "Perhaps its because no one else would ever have the strength to do your job but you," she murmured, reaching forward and lightly tapping her nose to his paw. "You know we could though, runaway, me and you, live a normal life... Raise pups..." she said, the last bit no more then a whisper, as she looked away from him embarrassed.

Mal tilted his head and smiled, narrowing his eyes a little. "Haven't you realised this- I'm a rubbish father..." He said, referring to how his adopted son was poisoned and slowly died, and how his daughter now lives with a colony. He dropped his ears and sighed, "I wish I could... But no matter the costs- Whether it's my own life- I have to defend Avvalar... And at the moment its in its Darkest Hour..." He whined and pushed his chin into his furry neck. He looked up into the emerald eyes of Winter and smiled after a few moments. "Maybe some day..." He added tilting his head slowly to the right.

Winter listened to him, her eyes soft and her body loose as she crawled towards him, placing her head on his paws, tilting it to the side till she was comfortable and closed her eyes. "I will never loose faith in you Malbet," she murmured softly, her eyes still closed as she spoke. "You will be at peace one day," she whispered, nuzzling into his paws.
