"Yea," Kyra said to both Tsume and Paris. "The nearest town is north.." Then she pointed to the North after consulting her compass once more. Eric nodded and started to walk, keeping a eyes on Paris. "Is your arm okay?" Kyra asked Tsume with a frown, her troubled eyes on his arm. Hail must have struck there because it was the size of the bruise on her forehead. Or so she guessed. The ends of her hair were dry by now and her hair was starting to straighten out again.

Glad Paris had regained balance Eric started to move in the direction Kyra pointed to. Around the beach there was a thick forest and he shuddered. What could be in there? Making sure he still had his quiver Eric headed into the bush first, kicking away plants that scratched at his wet jeans. It was nearly silent, except for the occasional chirp of a bird.

Paris followed silently, greatful that Eric kicked away the plants. She didn't like the idea of getting her legs scratched up. Occasionally, one of the plants would swing back and Paris would push it away, as if it would hurt her. She felt stupid for doing so. There must be plenty of worse things out here than a few plants. But still, she went on avoiding them.

"What? Oh, yeah, my arm is fine." Tsume said, having forgotten about it completely. He glanced at it for a moment before he began heading after Eric and Paris. "I'd rather not get left behind." he remarked as he followed, glancing behind him to make sure Kyra was following. "You shouldn't be in back. Something might come up behind us and the last thing any of us want is you getting attacked- or something like that." he said. "Not that you can't defend yourself or anything." he added quickly, waiting for her to go ahead of him.
