Suzume looked slightly disappointed "Oh..." she flattened her ears "I just thought you'd know...you are a lot wiser than me..."

Itachi looked down at her "Yes Leiko-chan?"

Pein sighed, then thought about it for a second. "I guess.... you could tell that you were in love with somebody if you got a strange feeling around them or such." Pein said with a shrug. "Why?"

(:O I'm trying to give her a chance to say so XD)

.: Leiko :.

"I-...." Leiko started, but then stopped for a second. "I love you..." After blurting it out, she put a hand over her mouth, wishing she hadn't said it now. Why did you say that?! she thought, wanting to smack herself in the face.

Suzume tipped her head to the side "Is...it like you can't breathe? And your heart won't calm down...and you wish..."
she looked away, already feeling the blush creeping onto her cheeks "That they would notice...?"

Itachi's eyes widened before he smiled warmly "Is that so." she held her closer and kissed her cheek.

Pein blinked, noticing her blush and look away. "I guess it could be like that." he said as he rested his elbow on the desk then rested the side of his head on it, watching Suzume.

Leiko nodded silently, knowing she couldn't take back what she had said by now.

Suzume hid her face and nodded quickly, her tail curled around herself.

Itachi nuzzled her cheek "I love you too Leiko-chan."

Pein blinked again, wondering what that had been about, even though a part of him already knew what it had been about. Without saying anything else, he turned back to his work and started to write things down again.

Leiko's eyes widened, since she hadn't been expecting that. Once again, she started to cry silently. Now after confessing, all of her feelings were mixed, and she knew that she wouldn't be able to get herself to come to leave.

Suzume waited several minutes before glancing at Pein from behind her bangs; she bit her lip and quickly turned back to her work.

Itachi was shocked "Leiko-chan! Why're you crying?" he reached out to dry her tears,

Pein frowned at the awkward silence that filled the room once again. "Okay, what's up?" he said all of a sudden as he put down his pen and looked over at Suzume.

Leiko shook her head, then smiled. "I just hadn't been expecting that." Leiko said, looking back up.

(:O I swear I have short term memory loss, since on that last post in OOC, I had put the now up after has as I was starting to make the post, and then once I was about post it, I forgot that I had put now earlier, and ended up putting it again after the learning XD)
