"Awwwwww, thanks! I will be right back with some lemonade!" She walked into the kitchen. She came back out a while later with a jug of lemonade. She poured it into some glasses and handed them out. It was the perfect mix of sweet and sour.
"I still say you should eneter this in the contest at the Lemon Fest next week." Colin said. Lemons were the towns main crop, and so they had an annual festival to celebrate them.

"I agree you should." Jesse smiled taking the glass and so did Saphira.

"I might. It all depends on my schedule. Just let me ask my secratary..." She looked over at ne of the other waitresses. "Sierra, do I have anything planned next week?"
"No maam!" Sierra said, smiling and saluting. The other waitresses all laughed.

Jesse chuckled and shook his head watching before sititng in his favourite place and waving his hand for Saphira to follow and she did of course.

Star walked over to their table. "What would you guys like? Todays special is homemade lemonberry waffles. So good." She pulled out her notebook and pen.

Jesse looked at Saphira before back at Star "You should know." he chuckled, he had the same thing each time in the morning, pancakes of course.

"But what about your lovely lady friend here?" She winked and then laughed again.

Saphira widened her eyes, Jesse jumped "Gosh Star, shes like my sister."

"Is that what you say to al the pretty girls?" she joked. "Anyways, what would you like to eat, Saphira?" She looked over to her.

Jesse laughed "Well I dont see myself calling you my sister, your far to pretty." he gave a charming smile and a playfull wink.
Saphira shook her head at what Jesse said then looked at Star "I don't mind."
