Lila took his hand and squeezed it then buried her face I'n max's shoulder. "don't go picking fights anymore" she cried and max nodded. Finally Lila pulled herself away and stood by jay. "max" she said and he sat up tiredly. "you know jay" he nodded. "but you don't know her" she jerked her head towards Kat. "this is Kat, jay's sister" she explains

Kat smiles and puts out her hand to shake hands with him, but Jay smacks her hand away "Kat do NOT go through his memories..." Kat sighs and saya "fine" then puts her hand out again.

He cocks an eyebrow up but soon shakes her hand gently. he slips his hand away though once they had shook once. He looked at Lila who seemed a bit blank at the moment. "anyways they were just talking about how the shadow hunters had killed you. sent a stake through your heart but as I can see you are still very much alive"

They think by killing me they are ridding the world of my existence... But no. If im killed the problem will only get worse..."
