Lila rolled her eyes. "they have no knowledge of the downworlders or anything of that knowledge. They can't see past glamours or anything. She gave him a silent nod and then started to walk along until she found herself being hugged by one of her old best friends.

Ella squealed and jumped up and down happily as she hugged her old friend. Lila couldn't help but laugh as her friend grabbed her and hugged her. She made sure to hug her right back and jump up and down with her. Soon the two girls let go of each other and looked each one over. "Lila! Your so pale" she exclaims and runs her fingers along her skin and Lila pulls away before it can touch her wrist where there would be no pulse. "what can i say haven't been I'n the sun I'n a while" she explained with a shrug. She then looked over her shoulder at jay and smiled, beckoning him forward.

Ella smiled and her heart pace picked up and she smiled. Lila could hear the blood pulse through her friends veins and refrained from doing anything at the moment. who's this? Ella wondered with a smile and Lila heard and pulled from her head quickly. Lila wondered if jay heard too.
