Suntail looked over at Clouldtail and smiled.

[SunnyJustice]

Cloudtail returned the smile, although deep inside him, he knew it wasn't heartfelt... If he and Browntail had been the same species, then they would've been more than just friends... Stupid species differences!

[Jetti]

Suntail flew over to Cloudtail and gave his feathers a nudge.

[SunnyJustice]

"Um..." The light-feathered bluebird stammered. "What do you want to do? Do some hunting practice? Fly around?" Cloudtail sighed. He would never be together with Browntail, so maybe he should just give up trying to think of ways to make it happen... And just go with Suntail instead.

[Jetti]

"Um Flying?" Suntail asked. "Well um...you can choose if you want." Suntail blushed.

[SunnyJustice]

"Let's fly around, then. I have no better ideas." Cloudtail laughed. "Come on..." Flying would clear his mind and help him.

[Jetti]

"Ok." Suntail smiled. She lifted off the branch and flew into the morning sky.

Starheart thought of an idea.

With a sigh, Cloudtail launched himself into the sky, lit by the first light of dawn. "Wait for me." He mumbled as he flew after her, giving a look back at Browntail, and sighing deeply. He gave a cry of frustration and sorrow but covered it up with a cough, and flew on.
