Nieve turned with wide eyes. "Rie, baby... How did you get here?" she asked, picking her up.

Rie looked to her and blinked, "Rie doesn't really know...she woke up and wanted to be with Mama...and this pretty black butterfly flew by and some funny looking doors opened...! Rie walked in them and now she's here with Mama like she wanted..."

Nieve sighed and turned to the two. "Did I mention she's very crafty...?" she smiled lightly.

"Very crafty indeed." Ukitake chuckled

Nieve sat down, cradling Rie. "She seems to have received some of my abilities..."

"Calling a Hell Butterfly is different for a child her age." Ukitake said, Kyoraku nodding in agreement

Nieve nodded as well, sighing softly and rubbing Rie's head.

"Is Mama mad?" Rie asked, frowning and hiding behind her fox plush

"No, I'm not mad dear." Nieve smiled and stood up. "Hey, how would you like to have a look around the Soul Society?"
