Emily woke on top of a hospital bed. She blinked a few times before her eyes adjusted. She looked cross eyed at the door way. Her eyes widened when she saw her nose was white instead of tan. She let out a small scream and sat up. Dizzyness caught up with her quickly. She looked at her hand. Instead of tan skin white skin laid on it. She let out another scream.

Amber rushed to the infirmary. "What's wrong?" She said. She saw what Emily looked like. "What the f***." She said breathless.

Nick fidgeted in the chair he was sleeping in.

Noah spread his wings jumping off the cliff. The warm Florida air supported his wings as he flew upwards.

Jubilee sat back watching the news. "Riot. Riot. Riot. Johnny Deep movie. Riot." She said as she flipped through the channels.

Felicity sat in the corner of her burning home clutching a slightly burnt metal angel. She could still hear her mother's pleas ringing in her ears.

Jocelyn watched as her friend made a flawless dive off the board. "Come on!" Her friend yelled at her. "You know I can't swim!" Jocelyn yelled back. "Suit yourself." Her friend said shrugging. She watched as her friend had circled around and got back on the diving board. She jumped off and hit her head on the sidewalk. She gasped and rushed to her. She stared down at the water as she watched her best friends drown. "No fear. No fear. No fear." She said and dove in. She grabbed her friend. She reached the top of the water. She let out a yelp when she was thrown out of the water and landed in the grass. She hugged her friend's lifeless body. She ran to her bag and grabbed her phone. She dialed 911. 15 minutes later she watched the ambulance speed off with her best friend.

Ella sat staring out the orphanage window wearing her headphones. They were the only thing protecting her and the others.

Pyro got in his camaro and went on a test drive.

Trevor turned the channels using his powers.

Lance threw rocks into the lake.

Mystique walked up to St. Mary's Orphanage. "I'm going in." She said into a walkie talkie. She shifted into a little girl with blonde hair and blue eyes with bruises up her arms. She put on her sad face and walked up to the door.

Danielle caused a lonely man in the bar to visiualize he was stuck in a burning building.

Angel cracked her knuckles before going up to bat. She knocked the bat against her kleetes. She hit a home run and ran the bases earning high fives from her friends.

Dallas smiled as he listened to music.

Abbi watched as the students trained in the Danger Room.

Lexus and Autumn robbed people on the streets.

Evan grinded the rails in the skate park.

James watched Evan from a bench.

Ororo sat on a cliff meditating.

Xavier rolled up to the infirmary. "You're a mutant." He said.

Daniel walked up to Jocelyn's house with Magneto.

Joy sliced a robot's head off with her sword.

Alli flew over robotic arms.

Peter punched a robot's head off.

Aqua got on a plane to Florida.

(Emily's skin now Emily's hair now.)

Flora peered at Jubilee. "Watcha doin'?"

Tabby tossed a bomb at one of the rocks Lance threw, making it explode of course.

Freya watched Lexus and Autumn with a small frown. "Sis..." she nudged Lilith slightly.

"Hmm?" She looked up at Freya, obviously distracted.

Pandora sat in the infirmary with Roots, glancing up at Xavier.

Valeriya waited until Bolt was occupied elsewhere, and quickly electrocuted Bolt, her hand shaking as she snatched his keys, taking special care to unlock herself properly. She moved the door open with her foot, and could see the others, in their cages, pleading for her to help them, in so many different ways. Verbally, through their powers, most just in their eyes... but she knew she couldn't possibly let them go. They were dangerous, they were monsters. On top of that, they were defenseless. She couldn't keep herself hidden while dragging so many along, they would only slow her down. She just had to get out... she had little time as it was... so many excuse rattled around in her head, but she knew deep down inside it was because she feared these people horribly. She couldn't stand to see them around in the public, where they could lose their minds from the testing and go corrupt... they already are corrupt. "I-I'm sorry, I can't." She darted away, as fast as she could, through the maze of stone, trying to hold back her tears. She never thought abandoning her people would be this hard.
