When Tredan dropped rather suddenly to his knees, he ended up pulling me with him like I'd pulled him with me. The most awkward part was that he then rolled over onto his back so that I was super-not-casually lying on top of him. I blushed frantically and prised my fingers away from his arm. "Erm... I'm sorry, Tre. It's late, so we should get some sleep." I leapt to my feet and hurried up the dark, wide, spooky stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms. But, "Oooh, I really don't wanna be alone in a massive room..." I paused and glanced behind me, looking for Tredan and letting my face cool down.

I'm collecting the 2020 Easter bunnies designed by Anouki. They're based on a
Japanese pottery technique where items are repaired by glueing the pieces back
together with a (typically) gold lacquer. It's called "kintsugi" and the idea behind
this is that broken things can still be beautiful, a mantra that has helped me cope
with the latest years of my depression. I've been saving up for a tattoo, to be my
first one, which will also be fashioned after kintsugi. That's why this design holds
a lot of sentimental value for me and, consequently, why I'm setting up a hoard
for them: to remind myself that even though I'm still struggling now, I will get
better. Please help me with this hoard. Thanks for reading. ~Love from Moony

"Oh, hello there." I said from the floor, giggling like a moron. Amy blinked frantically and leapt off me while I lay there cackling like a loony. I didn't notice she'd left until she was up the stairs. "Aw crap." I sat up, suddenly alone.
I didn't like this, not one tiny bit...
"AMY!!!!" I screamed. "AMY AMY AMY IT'S DARK AND I'M COLD AND SCARED WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU-" I ran blindly up the stairs, onto the landing and... smack-bang into Amity. I yelped in surprise, falling over onto my butt again.
"Oh, hello Amy. Nice to bump into you." I made the stupidest pun in the world, and cracked up laughing again. "Lol, literally! But yeah, sleep is good." I stood up, yawned, and brushed myself off. "In a really scary way, this whole thing is so much fun! Aw man, I am tired though..."
Fun it was, in a kind of creepy way. With all the dark shadows and the scary movie that was still playing in my head, it seemed a bit ridiculous. But without Amy there I'd probably be huddling under the couch.

It was an overall terrifying experience for the both of us, but I was pretty scared myself. Tre crashed into me a second time, but the only difference between then and now was that this one sent me tumbling to the floor. "Urgh... Tre, I'm as creeped out as you are, so try to chill, alright?" I yelped, landing on the wooden floor quite hard and crying out. I rubbed my backside, wincing. "Oooooh, I hope I haven't bruised my tailbone!"

{I'm currently on a computer that doesn't do "Copy file location" so here is where Tredan's face is gonna go!}

"You OK?" I held out a hand and pulled Amy up. "Sorry!" I grinned sheepishly and lifted her off the floor. She wasn't heavy, but it felt odd to have her in my arms. God knows why, she was my best friend after all.
"You said something about sleep, right? Let's get you to... wherever it is you sleep." I chuckled, remembering I had no idea where any of the rooms were, seeing as this was my first time in her house. "Lead the way, I guess~!"

{And THIS is where the mooses shall go~!}

My face felt exactly like the time it did when I was nine and had severe sunburn... I took deep breaths, trying to clear my head and sort out my collision-course thoughts. "Erm... Sleep...? Yeah... Oh. Oh! Yeah, sleep! Right... This way, my dear Tredan." I giggled uncertainly, trying to break the worrying tension hanging heavily in the atmosphere. I turned away and lead him to my bedroom (in that non-awks way!)

(It's
MOOSES.
Meece is the plural of mice... I think. in my head, it's Mooses anyway.
Like, when people say "Pikachus."
NO. ONE PIKACHU, TWO PIKACHU, TWO HUNDRED THOUUUUUSAND PIKACHUUU~
And it's the same with every other Pokemon. Plurals are the same as singular for Pokemon. However, if someone says "Pokemons" they're either idiots, or trying to mock/be adorable.)

"Whee!" I tried opening the door, first with my scrabbly fingers - which were still carrying Amy - and then with my foot. The door flew open when I tried that, and I grinned sheepishly.
"Lol, sorry." I stepped inside, and let Amy down. I looked around, my little brown eyes positively alight...
"Aw, dude! Your room is, like, COOL!" I jumped up, and started thump-skipping rakishly around the room, admiring everything at a fast-paced, harkish manner.
"Amity! Amy-pants! I just LOVE it here! It's so cooooool!!!" I skidded to a halt, and sat with a PLONK on her floor, grinning like a little dog.

(There is no plural for mice because mice is a plural, for mouse.)

I sighed and only began breathing properly when he let me down, but I couldn't help a grin. "You're crazy, Tre. That's probably why I love you." Hoping he'd take it in the friend-way, I crouched down and threw in a hug as well, trying not to add little worried side-glances at him as I rose and flopped down onto the four-poster bed in the corner. "One side each, ok? I don't really wanna sleep on the floor, but I am not letting you do it, either."

"I'd be perfectly fine on the floor, but I don't really care..." I grinned happily, sitting on the edge of her bed. "It's not awkward for you though, is it? Liek, me being here. I could go get the tacos, except I guess they'd be cold by now." I asked, actually being a bit more serious for once. Seriously, i hated feeling all awkward in my own house around other people, and this could be a very... awkward situation.

I genuinely laughed, throwing my head back. When I was finished, I wiped the tears from my eyes. "Tre, they were nachos, not tacos!" I informed him, wondering where he'd got tacos from."Sure, if you're hungry, go ahead and grab them. Do whatever you want, but you're not sleeping on the floor or a couch, or in a bathtub, got it?" I lay down, suddenly feeling rather mentally exhausted by the events of today. If we were gonna get followed, it was probably a good idea that we lay low for a couple of days, even from school.

"Oh yeah!" I snapped my fingers. "I was also gonna say tortias... That would've been a bit weird!" I grinned. "Awh, I watched this crappy anime-movie once when the guy was kicked out of his own bed to sleep in a bathtub..."
Then I saw the tears in her eyes.
"Amy. Amy, are you OK?" I touched her shoulder gently. "Awh, hell. Did I say something? DUUUDE~" I started anguishing over it. She was laying down now, looking really tired. Well no wonder, I was a bit mad after all.
And we were getting stalked. Yeah, that'd probably take a lot out of someone...
"You just tired? Not upset or anything? OK, let's go sleep then." I lay down beside her, and pulled my phoen out of my pocket. My headphones were strung around my neck, and I started playing My Chemical Romance - Cancer [Live] happily, the piano floating gently out of the speakers.
