Kurou smiled slightly, huggling Kagu closer to him and opening his eyes. For a second, his gaze met hers, and then Kurou closed his eyes again as Kagu did, sending another crystalline tear dripping down his cheek. Pulling away at last after what seemed like an eternity, Kurou sighed softly, feeling really lightheaded. For a second, he smiled as he wondered what would happen if he just passed out then and there, but then he closed his eyes and sighed.

Kagu smiled widely, nuzzling her head under his chin. She let out a little sigh, keeping her arms around him gently.

{Well, It's an elective, but i don't have it...}

Kurou smiled, keeping his own arms around Kagu. Chibi was grinning broadly as he tried not to laugh, and as he saw Kurou watching him, plucked a rose from one of his pawsteps and winked at him before pouncing on Ushiwaka's legs and almost knocking him over again. The man gave him a funny look, and then started scratching Chibi's ears again, whilst the puppy clung even tighter to his legs.

Nanami giggled at the couple and then Chibi.

Kagu opened her eyes a little, looking up at the full moon that hung over the village. There could be no better scene than tonight.

Kurou smiled gently, feeling his heart swelling as he looked around. Briefly, he wondered where he was going to spend the night. Here in Yakushi, he could probably slip in to stay at the Inn, but he'd have to take Kagu home first. Turning a little as he felt a breeze and then heard wingbeats, he saw that the air was shimmering next to Chibi and Ushiwaka had vanished. Chibi looked rather dejected, ears drooping sadly as he lowered his hands to his sides.

Kagu slowly let go of Kurow, yawning a little. "What...what time is it...?" She asked, her expression happy but tired, and her voice was sleepy as well. "...T-...tired..." She murmured, rubbing her eyes gently.

Kurou looked up at the stars and the moon, taking in their position carefully before he turned to Kagu. "Looks some point after 9." he said with a nod. "You gonna go home to bed? The Yakushi inn is closer. Me and Dude looked at it when it had only just been built, and it was pretty cool." He shrugged carelessly, aware of Chibiterasu looking around for Ushiwaka in the background, still looking rather unhappy. Smiling, Kurou carefully took hold of Kagu's hand and flashed a comforting grin at her.

Kagu looked at him, smiling sadly. "You're...not coming back...with me?" She asked sleepily with a hint of sadness in her voice.

Kurou put a hand on Kagu's shoulder comfortingly. "Me? When did I ever say that? Of course I will, if you want me to!" Kurou smiled softly, wondering what Kagu's parents would think of them now. Would they be happy? Grumpy? Pleased? Kurou had no idea, so that'd probably be something to think about. In the background, Chibi yawned widely, showing a pink mouth filled with small pointed teeth.
