"I met someone during my days of being a Rouge nin." Maika said as she looked over at Kyo while walking. "They were very skilled, so I asked them if they could train me. They agreed." It actually was true, what she said. Of course, she wasn't going to add the part that she met him when she had joined the Akatsuki. Practically everyone knew the name of all the members of the Akatsuki, so if she said one word about it, they'd know where she was from. The only reason the Akatsuki had kept her joining a secret, was so that they could send her on missions in villages without having to worry about her being caught or noticed.
Once they reached the training ground, Maika turned around to face Kyo. "Well, we're here." she said as she started to slip the bag that she had been wearing for quite a while on her shoulders and threw it aside.

[Princess Luna~]

"Hm... That's neat..." He said wondering who her sensei could but figured that he would be able to figure it out once they spared. "Hey Sor, will you watch the stuff? Two on one isn't that fair even if you are a summoning." "Blah blah I have a mind of my own I can fight by myself, we get it, Please don't rip my chew toy, 'kay Maika-san?" The cub asked looking up at the girl his bright blue eyes glittering with intellegence.

"I'll try not to. Maika said as she reached into a small bag that was strapped around her waist and pulled out a string with several kunai knives and shurikens on it. She usually used this tactic in fighting when she wasn't in the mood for messing around with her puppets, and also at times when she didn't want to put her skills out in the open for people to figure out.
Once she had pulled the rather simple weapons out, she looked up at Kyo. "Ready?" she asked.

[Princess Luna~]

"A wepon's fighter? i have a feeling this isn't her true colors," "We'll just have to make her show them hmm?" He thought as she pulled out the string of wepons. "Hyomu no jutsu," kyo said flashing though a string of hand signs before pulling out his katana. A chill surrounded the fighting pair and a fog steeled in laced with chakra. This was one of Kyo's favorite jutsus, his Frozen fog technique. Since he was oringinally from the Mist he had a chakra nature not far from Haku's (giving you this information for reff so that you know what i'm talking about)

Maika watched the boys hand signs before a thick fog filled the area they were in. Strange for a boy from Konoha to have the skills of someone from the Mist. Maika thought, remembering hearing about such Jutsus from Kisame. Sasori wasn't the only one who she heard information and such from.
Without hesitation, Maika threw the weapons in all directions around her. Above, north, south, west, east, and in most directions in between. After throwing them, she just stood there, waiting for the right moment to use a trick of hers.

Kyo used his well built speed and dodged most of the points, his clothes getting the worse hits except for a rough one on his cheek. Kyo absent mindedly wondered if she used poisons like some of the wepons users he knew. he didn't have enough time to think about that as he quickly flashed through another set of hand signs and whispered a quiet "Sensatsu Suishō," causing needles to form out of the cold water filled air. His favorite collaboration Jutsu, Silent death of a thousand needles.

Maika waited until the time that the weapons she had thrown would have passed by Kyo and out of the fog. However, she wasn't going to just let them fly away. Instead, she had connected Chakra strings to each of the weapons she had thrown. Right when they hurtled into the clear area, she pulled the chakra strings in, making all the weapons spin back into the fog. As she moved her fingers in certain patterns, the weapons hurtled in all random directions throughout the fog, not going outside the circle of fog that Kyo created. As she controlled the many weapons, all she had to do was stand there moving her arms and fingers.

The first indicator that Kyo was in some trouble was the sharp pain in his back. He immediatly curled into a low crowching position to avoid any other projectiles and quickly prepaired his chakra scalpel. He was the medic for his team because of his way with animals and thats how he found herbs quickly. He quickly cut the line connecting to it and dashed in his low crouch to another poistion in the fog because she would know where his position was since he cut the connection. He left the blade in his wound, it only being a kunai in his back, to stunt the blood flow. He did so that he wouldn't waste any nessicary chakra to heal himself in case she struck a vein in his back.

He dashed around trying to confuse his scent and pulled out a couple of kunai of his own before tossing them into the fog towards the new Jonin. He followed her example but his less practiced chakra strings showed lightly if one looked hard enough. Which any good ninja would.

Maika silently watched as a couple of kunai were sent hurtling towards her. She could see that Kyo was using her trick, with the chakra strings attached to them, but they were horribly visible. Swiftly, she dodged the kunai knives, paying attention to where the strings were coming from in order to see where he was. She was also using the strings attached to her own kunai knives to see where he was, since if he ever touched one she could feel it.
After locating where exactly Kyo was, she sent all the kunai knives that she was controlling swerving towards him. However, instead of having them all try to hit him, a while before they came into his site of view she sent them in both directions in a circle around the boy. After setting this up, she tightened the chakra strings, causing them all to tightly wrap around Kyo, making sure to make it so that his arms and hands mostly wouldn't be able to move.
"I win." she said plainly as she went over to him, still not releasing the chakra strings.

[Princess Luna~]

He watched helplessly as the trick failed and he was surrounded by chakra strings. "You're pretty good..." He said pouting as he realised he wouldn't be able to move his arms or his hands. "Fine, I surrender... Can you let me go? I have a knife in my shoulder blade and it itches..." he said figgiting in the strings as if he were trying to show her the kunai still lodged firmly in his back.
