Hitodasuke got in the passengers seat, pulling Mat into his lap and holding him

Mat settled in hitodasuke's lap and went back to his happy personality as he started playing with his own tail.

"Their owner. My name is Devanial." He replied.

"Devanial..." Yoruichi mused, "Why do I know that name?"

Hitodasuke smiled and watched him from under his bangs

Mat wiggled around a bit as he played with his own tail.

"Have you seen them?" Devanial asked again.

"Hm? Oh, I'm sorry, but they've been adopted already...your ownership was revoked when they were found on the streets..." She told him

Devanial fixed his kimono jacket. "They both have mcrio-chips in their right shoulders. Did you even scan for those?" He asked, clearly not happy.

Mat looked up at hitodasuke as he mewled, cutely.

"I'm afraid we don't believe in chipping animals here..." She told him. She looked when the door opened and Kenshi stepped in with Axel, "Ok, Yoruichi, we're gonna take the babies and go home~!"

Hitodasuke smiled and meowed back

Mat giggled as he reached up and he grabbed hitodasuke's bottom lip.

Devanial sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose but his attention turned to when he was nearly jumped by kurayami but he easily grabbed him and pulled him into a one armed hug making the neko struggle. "There you are! Now I've found you and let's find little mat too~!" He chimed. "Never! You can go choke on your own f-" devanial slapped a hand over kurayami's mouth so his curses were muffled. "Two weeks on the street and already your so rpimal! I need to retrain you then don't I?" He said making kurayami pale slightly as he stopped struggling and gulped.

Kenshi's entire mood darkened, "Let. My. Kura. Go. Now."

"Tha's 'ah wi'..." Hitodasuke said

"Your kura?! I hope you know he had an RFID micro-chip in his right shoulder that proves he's mine!" Devanial retorted.

Mat smiled as he released hitodasuke's lip and he pawed at hitodasuke's tail.
