I sat on the couch with Carter. Kimberly was six months old now, and crawling about now.

I sat upstairs with Jenna sitting on the bed. She was four months old now and was a quiet, thoughtful kid. A while ago, I'd found out that she liked it when I played music, so now my acoustic guitar was out and I was strumming it ever so gently. Jenna giggled happily.

Kimberly had taken a liking to destruction. She sat at the window staring at cars passing, and had a certain interest in wrecking her brother's toy collection. She also enjoyed throwing books off the bookshelves. However, she was quiet at times and adored animals. Recently, she'd slapped the page of a magazine I was reading. The page had a picture of a cat on it. I wasn't sure if this meant she wanted a cat, or if she hated them. I was leaning towards the first option, seeing how happy she was whenever she saw a cat outside.
