((I think you play her good! Plus, I don't know anything about her, so I doubt I could... XD))
Alex listened intently and nodded slightly, wincing and removing the flute from his lips as he realized that it didn't seem to be helping any; even might have made Chimere worse, if anything. "Yeah... I couldn't see you being, like, some squiddy-thing either, but, like, I do know what you mean about the name thing." He tried to sound comforting, but could tell he wasn't doing a very good job. Sitting still and feeling rather guilty as he looked at the curled-up-little-ball that was Chimere, he didn't really feel like saying anything else lest he make things any worse again.
Keegan followed behind the dog, curiously pondering over the day's events with a rather absent look on his face. What had happened in that classroom? Why had there been flickering flames, the shadows been shifting as though in response to something? Why had the gravity seemed to bend around him, and he had not been affected by it? Keegan blinked, considering the possibility of a visit to the doctors, but he couldn't be hallucinating, oh no. Keegan had never been affected by such things, so why should he start now? Looking up briefly to check his surroundings, he picked up his pace a little to walk beside the dog.
Lance folded his arms for a few seconds, then stretched out a hand and clicked his taloned fingers in front of the teacher's face, the points glittering wickedly in the light. "Hel-lo? I was talking to you!" he growled, rather disgruntled and not used to being ignored by anyone. Not that he was usually, but that just made him a little less used to being ignored anyway. Turning to look at the class as he waited for a response, his grey eyes seemed to burn, not with anger, but with an inner flame unlike that seen in a human's eyes. It might have been unnerving to some, but with Lance, it just seemed to fit.
The moonlight dances around me
As I strike a ghostly pose
Mirrors of water shift beneath my feet
And I raise a hand to smell a rose
The full moon blazes true o'erhead
Bathes the world in silver beams
Blossoms are dancing around me
In my world of Moonlit Dreams...
