"Come on," Xavier said, a light smile on his face. He stared at her for a little, trying to read her expression. "I hate it as much as you do... if not, more." he murmured, taking her hand into his. He hoped she wouldn't mind the cold, clamly feeling of his hand. His past girlfriends had refused to even hold his hand... or they broke up with him before he had the chance. He shook the thoughts away and started walking towards the mall, a slight limp in his walk. Of course, that brought back memories of his motorcycle, his parents, the doctors. If only he could get another motorcycle... but him and Stephanie could never afford that. Xavier began to wonder about Stephanie's parents, and why they had left her. He loved her with all of his heart and he couldn't find any reasons for them to do that. He once again shook the thoughts away and began to quicken his pace towards the building so he wouldn't be late. He looked over his shoulder at Stephanie and smiled. "Thanks for coming." he breathed.
