"I guess..." he sighed."One of the Boneclan warriors knocked me to the ground, and struck my eye. I think I'm going blind on the left side." he replied.

"Gosh, just rest." She replied, beckoning him to shut the clouded eye.

He curled up and shut his eyes.

Ginger waited for Silentsteps and began pacing as time dragged on, and a horrible thought shot through her mind. What if he never came back?

Silentsteps hissed in pain as he arrived, his side bleeding and his eyes sealed shut by brown dried blood.

[A~Random~Fox]

"Silentsteps! Are you alright?" Ginger rushed over to him and began o lick away the blood from his eyes.

"I'll be fine. Are you ok?" He asked urgently, looking her over instinctively.

[A~Random~Fox]

"Of course. I wasn't the one in the war." she replied and pressed her head into his warm fur.

[wolfyattitude]

"Good good. I would have died if you did. I would have had nothing left to fight for." He sighed, licking her ear in silence.

She purred at his remark and blushed under her fur.

"I better hunt, we're hungry. Where were you during the battle?" He inquired.
