You wake up in a cold steel cage. You have no idea who you are or how you got here but all you know is that you were created here and you want out. You, my friend, are an Avian. Scientists, the Whitecoats, are your enemies and your hatred for them burns right into your very soul. They brought you here and used you for their own intentions without taking your natural rights into consideration. Other kids your age are here too with the same story. Stolen from their families at a very young age and stuck here to be just like you. Some kids don't make it through the tests and simply die. They're the lucky ones at least.

You're a freak.

School, the facility you were created in, is a secret building where the Whitecoats kept you and tortured you in. Where many more mutants are still suffering like you used to. Children, being used and treated like animals. Some mutants don't last long after a DNA is combined with a humans sucessfully. Some may last only a few days before dying, others like yourself and Erasers can last for years. Avians are so far the most sucessful besides the Erasers.

Erasers are mutants humans mixed with wolf-like DNA, only lasting up to six years before dying. They're stronger, bigger, and more violent than any other mutant out there. Worst of all, like loyal dogs they are, they serve the School. Determination of a freight train and brute force of a bear to bring you back dead or alive. Your very own worst enemy.

You, an Avian, are much quicker, smaller, more evasive, and maybe a littler smarter if you use what is on your side in the battle against the odds. So far nobody knows how long an Avian can live. Humans mixed with animal DNA never tend to last long, but so far you lasted a few years and the Whitecoats want you back to solve their own questions.

There are more mutants to be created but so far the only completed and living mutants out here are only Erasers and Avians. Avian kids with wings from different species of birds, hollow bones for complete flight, and they heal a whole lot faster than regular humans. Erasers are so far the worst and natural enemy to all mutants out there and this may include humans as well if they are not careful. Tempers are short and so it time.

The whitecoats had just created their very own monsters... us.

Personality:
Ryu is his own person, his personality may change but it all depends on your bond with him. If you has just met him then he will tend to shy away and you will not get much out of him. After spending some time with him then he'll consider speaking more just as long as you do the same. His pride and respect is very important to him but his temper can be easy to set off. Ryu is very honest to those who are honest to him and he will do the same for respect. You show him respect then he will respect you in return.
Ryu may look unapproachable but depsite his cold appearance he is actually very kind and gentle once he gets to know you. Having a romantic interest makes him feel slightly exposed and vulnerbale so he would often turn away from such feelings. You may have to pursue him a bit for this but once you have his attention then he will do the same if he finds you worth his time and effort. Ryu is sensitive when it comes to love and affection, reason why he feels vulnerable when he faces such feelings, so he will often times try to aviod it.
Ryu is very loyal to his friends and will stand up for them whenever they may need him. Although he has difficulty in trusting others, Ryu will make an effort to get others to trust him when he feels the need to. He is very understanding when it comes to certain situations but he does look towards the logical side. He is very dependable but Ryu tends to be more independent and tries not to rely on others.
History:
Ryu was barely a toddler when his mother gave him up, she was a teenager herself and she knew she wasn't able to care for him for long. So the School got a hold of him easily and he's been there ever since. Ryu found out that he had a half-sister but she died shortly after she arrived, This enraged Ryu to the core and his hatred for the School is beyond belief.

Damian is unpredicable most of the time, he might seem to be your friend at first but he can easily become your worst enemy if you push the wrong buttons. His attitude is all talk but Damian knows how to back himself up when he needs to. He's never afraid to start a fight when he wants one since his temper is as easy as flipping a light switch. Once his temper boils over somebody is going to get hurt, either it's himself or someone else.
But once you over looks his rebellious attitude and flaws, he is very laid back and passive about people. He can get along with pretty much anybody that gives him a chance, just don't get on his bad side.

Tomboy pretty much sums her up. A temper from hell once you start getting on her nerves but on her good days she is laid back and passive. Can be a joker at times but her determination is difficult to falter once she has a goal in mind. Serria knows how to put others in their place when they get the idea to pick on her but she is fairly tolerate of others. Serria can be sweet to those she knows and bubbly but can have an attitude towards strangers. She is very dependable and protective over her friends.
History:
Born into a family with 7 kids, Serria was the eldest and had to help he father around the house. Serria's mother left without warning and basically abandoned them all, leaving Serria angry and hurt. Over time, Serria's father became abusive and she became his target. After taking the abuse for a few weeks, Serria picked up and left herself in an attempt to run away when she was 15 but was kidnapped and brought to the school.

History:
Nudge was adopted off the streets in Detroit by two missionaries when she two and half months old. After she was abandoned by her mother (whom she later found out was only seventeen when she had Nudge) she was picked up by a pair of local theieves. Two missionaries were greeted with a ring of a doorbell and a crying baby on their doorstep.
Financial problems eventually got the best of the couple, so when the offer of $50,000 for their adopted baby appeared, they were more than happy to give her away. In no time she was in a cage and had a pair of wings that were growing from her back. All she knew now was a life of pain and cold steel.
A few months after Nudge turned ten, made friends with a twelve year old human-avian hothead name Ari. They were both so similar yet so different on so many levels. Quickly enough, they were attatched at the hip, their conversations consisiting of all the ways they could escape and all their activities focused around strengthening their wings.
Fate took a turn though when Nudge discovered her extreme hacking skills and discovered some shocking information. As it turns out, Ari was adopted from the same missionaries that Nudge was adopted by, later sold for $50,000, again just like Nudge. As soon as the two found out they were sisterse, they shared everything to each other... Including Nudge's desperate love for a boy.
After a month of being attracted to this boy, Nudge learned that he was killed in an experiment gone wrong. Devestated, Nudge planned with Ari to escape sooner than they had pllaned. Soon enough, Nudge's hacking skills got them out, and they ended up escaping to Miami in Florida.
After seven years, the two of them were closer than they had ever been... As well as they were very well known criminals. Their signature move was disappearing as soon as the cops showed up. Nudge's nickname in the papers was "The Silent Angel," while Ari earned the name "Silent Demon." These names fit both of their personalities so well, and as a duo they were called "The Night Owls" because of their tendency to attack at night like an owl. Now they hide in an abandoned amusement park, trying to escape the criticism of the outside world.

"I look pretty similar to an average teenage girl who had been experimented on for fifteen years."

Description:
A small dark-skinned teen with bright green eyes, framed by long dark lashes. Her hair is past shoulder length, dark brown with black ends. She has long legs for her age, making her taller than the average sixteen year old. She has both of her ears double-pierced and her belly button is pierced as well, the second ear and belly button piercings her own doings, while the first ear piercing is due to the scientests, thanks to them doing tests on her. She has a light blue rose tattooed to her right bicep, framed by silver roses. On her left foot she has a tattoo of a viper that circles up her ankle and wraps around her pinkie toe.
There is a large burn mark on her left arm around her hand all the way up to her elbow. It is barely visible, as it has blended with her natural light olive color, but when her arm is turned just right the whole burn is exposed.
Appearance of Wings:
Her wings are long and dark, extending at least five feet, close to the height of an average woman. Her down feathers are lighter in color, getting darker around her secondary and then primary feathers. There is a white blotch on the tip of her left wing, a "birthmark" per say.

Description:

"I stand out in a crowd, I'll give you that, but you'll never be able to track me.

Appearance:
Despite coming from Japan, she has more fair skin than others, a result of tests and experiments. While she was in the lab, her hair (which was once black) was dyed a bright red and it has stayed that way ever since. Her eyes are very much similiar to a felines' and it is expected this was part of another test or experiment. They are strikingly green and are very alluring.
Unlike Nudge, Ari has only one tattoo on her collar bone, which is the image of a snowy owl cutting through her shoulder, following the trails of scars actually on her shoulder caused by a fight with an Eraser gone wrong.
Appearance of Wings:
Ari has pure white wings that seem to glow in all light. Near sunrise and sunset they seem to glow on the verge of golden, or occasionally blood red. They also may shine silver in moonlight, it depends on the situation. Although they aren't as big as many others, (only around 4 1/2 feet), they keep her flying when she needs it.

Parrot Wings : My wings used to be white, but then the white-coats decided to experiment something called "wing pigmentation" on me, and they turned by wings parroty. I want a parrot.

(( Sounds good to me. Just ignore the history on Ari and Nudge's forms then. I just planned out something I may use later in a book or otherwise. ))

:: Akarui Seishen ::

Ari, pretending to be weak and helpless, watched as the last white-coat left the room, leaving she and five others in cages alone. "Ryu, they're on their way. We've got at least five minutes. Everyone ready?" Her voice was a whisper, but it had a certain determination lit within it. She could have talked in a normal tone, the microphones throughout the room were shut down, thanks to Nudge's hacking skills, but Ari was so used to whispering by now she didn't exactly care.
Slowly working the bobby pin down her arm, she bent it into a straight metal piece, perfect for picking locks, which is exactly what she was going to do. Then, the whole team was going to get out of their cages and they were all going to escape. Just like they'd planned.
Operation Freedom was in action. And it wasn't going to be stopped.


:: Naomi Marie ::

Nudge heard the soft voice of Ari, and her survival instincts quickly kicked in. She was happy that the cameras were shut down, but it would only give them fifteen minutes at most, and they had already lost five. Well, Nudge hadn't told anyone, she didn't want to worry Jay or anyone else. With a sigh, she straightened up, her blue eyes shining as she glanced at each of the cages around her. On her right was Ari, Ryu, Jay, and Sierra. On her left was only one cage. Damian. The "lady-killer," a nickname they made up when they managed to find spare time. Laughing was probably not going to happen, but they still could joke around and tease one another. Taking her thoughts off the others though, she watched Ari slip out of her cage and slide down to Nudge's, slowly getting to work on the locks. Ari was amazing at picking locks.
When she was free, Nudge stepped out, stretching her legs and hearing a satisfying pop in her back as she stretched. It felt amazing to be free again, but she had a mission. Operation Freedom. How could she forget?


: Jason Smith :

Jay was almost bouncing with excitement. Although he couldn't read the expressions of the others, he still couldn't stop joy from filling his heart. As soon as he had heard Nudge say the cameras were down, he knew she was hiding something, but he couldn't help but grin. He was so happy that he would be able to fly soon, stretch out his cramped wings whos glorious colors hadn't been able to feel the glory of flight. He couldn't wait to get out and feel it for the first time. He knew it would be amazing. They hadn't just titled this Operation Freedom for nothing.

.:Ryu Firenze:.
Ryu tried his best to make himself comfortable in the cage but eh kenw he wouldn't suffer for much longer. His grey eyes closed and he could feel what everyone else was feeling. Excitment, worry, anxiousness. Ryu wasn't sure about the other things he felt but that could be just him. He wasn't sure what he was feeling anymore. Ryu has always been around other people all his life in the school, it's was close to impossible to tell the different between his own emotions and the emotions he felt around him.
But that didn't matter at the moment, getting out did. And they needed to leave quickly. "Hm?" Ryu shook his head slightly when he heard Ari's voice and he then crashed back right into reality. "Oh, right." Ryu spoke to himself that time but he was pretty sure he was heard anyway. After messing with the lock a bit, thanks to watching Ari for quite some time with locks, he kicked the door to his cage open. He slid out of the metal box and almost slumped to the floor but gained balance when he opened up his raven-black wings a bit.
It was a relief for him to be out of a cage too small for him, he was surprised he doesn't have claustrophobia yet, or better yet any one of them. He rolled his shoulders and walked over to let Jay and the others out of their cages.

.:Damian Auguste:.
Damian lept out of the cage once it creeped open and he didn't hesitate to allow his wings to relax and stretch them to a certain extent the space around him would allow him. He yawned and his green eyes flickered around the room as he tried to contain his excitement. He half-heartedly hoped to face an Eraser or two but the last time he did that... well, he didn't want to bring it up again. It was rather embarrassing when he thought he could escape on his own but walked right into the school's camera center. An Eraser tackled him in no time and Damian had been inching for a fight ever since. He wasn't going to be caught off guard like that again, especially if it was the same Eraser..
"Alright, now what?" He asked but he then felt someone smack his across the head. He hissed and glared up at Seirra as she walked passed him.

.:Serria Hawkins:.
"Quiet down or else we're all screwed." Serria commented but her voice gave away that she was only picking on Damian. They had a brother and sister relationship. They weren't blood related but they sure do act like it all the time. Serria flipped her blonde hair and kept her white wings close behind her back, a bit anxious to be outside again and stretch out her wings. She never flown before but she figured instinct would tell her what to do once she felt the wind under her feathers.
Ryu looked a bit tired but he always looked like that in the daytime. He seemed to be more active at night, like a nightcrawler or some nocturnal creature.

::Akarui Seishen::
As soon as she saw the rest of the team out of their cages she grinned and, stretching out her wings, she stood up from her crouched position and looked around at the flock. They were in mint condition, and by mint Ari meant about as good as you could get after being experimented on. Nudge's arm was singed from elbow down, and it was only starting to heal. Jay had a long pink scar across his left arm, snaking up around his wrist. Ari on the other hand had burns on her waist and shoulder. It sucked, but they were surviving, and that's all that mattered.
When Damian hissed she raised her eyebrows at him, shaking her head before speaking. "Alright, so we know that in... two minutes three of the white-coats are going to show up. As soon as that door opens, pair up and attack whoever you can. Try to be quiet and get them knocked out as quick as you can. They're humans, it won't take long. After that, we all know the way down the hall, but if you don't know, just follow me and Ryu. Jay you stay near Sea, alright?"
When Jay nodded, Ari smiled and winked at him, her mind drifting to other things as she waited those agonizing 120 seconds left of captivity. 119, 118, 117...



::Naomi Marie::
Nudge just stood in silence, the numbers in her head ticking down. 98, 97, 96, 95. As it got closer and closer to zero, Nudge's blue eyes were watching the cameras, knowing it would be easy to get out of there now that they were invisible. Until the camera moved barely a centimeter. Nudge's eyes widened and she opened her mouth to warn the others, but the door busted open, revealing five Erasers. Ryu and Ari could probably work together to take down two, but Jay was defenseless and Nudge's fighting skills sucked. How in the hell were they going to get out of this one?



:Jason Smith:
When Jay heard Ari tell him to stay by Serria, he skipped over to her side, smiling and full of joy. Now all they had to do was wait for the two minutes to be up and they would be out of there faster than you could say 'escape'. But he saw Nudge's eyes cloud with worry, and then alarm, and even as a kid he knew that something was deadly wrong. And then the door flew off its hinges.
Jay screamed and ducked behind Serria when five wolf men walked into the room, their jaws snapping in excitement at their helpless prey. As Jay cowered, thoughts flipped through his mind like a book a mile a minute. He shouldn't be cowering, he should be helping. So he was going to.
Walking up to the first wolfman, he punched the hairy human right where it hurt and watched him crumple.
That's when all hell broke loose.

.:Ryu Firenze:.
When Ryu sensed a change in Nudge, he glanced at Nudge to see what was the matter but the sound of a door crashing down answered him. Mulitple waves of emotion was thrown around the room they were stuck in and was beginning to give Ryu a whiplash, his head was pounding as if something was bashing at him in the back of his skull.
Instinct took over and Ryu stood his ground when a single Eraser came after him. Gold eyes burning with untamed anger as the Eraser tried to get a hold of the avian but Ryu was a step ahead and jumped the table, flipping it to kick it towards the Eraser. Without giving the Eraser time to register what had just happened, Ryu opened his wings and rushed over to begin his assault with a round-house kick to the Eraser's jaw. The half-breed landed on the tiled floor with a painful sounding thud until another Eraser took it's place and tackled into Ryu.

.:Serria Hawkins:.
"Jay!" Serria made a grab for Jason when he strolled over towards an Eraser and she pulled him back when the half-breed made a swing for him. She blinked and backed up even further with Jay now behind her a bit protectivly. With Five Erasers in one room the noise around her sounded chaotic. She saw the table flip and hit an Eraser but she looked away to check on Jay before motioning for the door, trying to keep low and avoid the sights of the Erasers. She wanted to help fight but she was almost useless except for her... defect. When she was being experimented on for the first time, the time where they gave her her wings, there was an accident and she was electracuted. With her DNA trying to adapt to the bird DNA they fused with her, it apparently adapted to the element of electricity as well. Serria wasn't very proud of it, it made her even more of a freak but she didn't think that for very long until she found Damian. His defect was fire but he doesn't know how he got it, now he was able to burn things while she shocks them. Literaly.
"The others will catch up with us shortly, we have to go. Now." Serria said to Jay. Since Ari told the boy to stick with her, Serria took her responsibility seriously.

.:Damian Auguste:.
Damian didn't hesitate to jump on the Eraser upon Ryu, a devilish grin on his face as his green eyes gleemed with revenge. Yanking the Eraser's head upwards, the Eraser backed up and away from Ryu, leaving him with only minor scratches. While Damian was enjoying himself irritating the Eraser further, he focused a bit of heat into his fingertips and treid to see if he could get a flame...
The Eraser yowled in pain and Damian jumped off when the Eraser paniced as the fur on the his shoulder blades looked singed. Damian smirked and rubbed his hands together and socked the same eraser in the jaw, continuing his string of attacks until he felt a knee connect with his abdomen. The blow knocked the wind out of him as he backed up a bit but kept his balance.
"Forget the waiting part! Get out the door!" Damian snapped.
