Poisonfang smiled, "At first I was reluctant to give up my position but Ha- a certain cat convinced me that I am much too old now and you where an amazing deputy, I know I can trust you to keep this clan safe." she purred gently, wondering if he notice she almost slipped up and said Hailstorm.

Lighfoot stepped forward. "hailstorm, you are and honorable warrior, who has many times over proved your loyalty to the clan. In the name of Starclan, I call down my ancestors to look upon this warrior and grant her the positon of deputy!" he rested his head on hailstorm then steped back. "congratulaions," he purred. Then said quietly into her ear. "thank you." Lighfoot stepped back. and cleared his throat. "tonigt i will travel to the moonpool and recive my nine lives." he looked over at shallowmoon. and nodded at her. That was the other thing he had to do.....apoligize. "thank you all!" he mewed down to the clan. Then flciked his tail got up and padded back to Poisonfang and Hailstorm were. he purred. "you can go to the warriors den and rest, better get a good nights sleep, hailstorm, your going to need it." he smiled at her

Poisonfang nodded and padded towars the elder's den then crept up beside the medicine cat den and jumped silently ontop, she would listen and pass the conversation back to Hailstorm. Her -almost-Daughter.
