Beep, beep, beep! I moaned softly at the annoying sound that was currently intruding my sleeping. I sat up slowly as my eyes slowly fluttered open to a direct view of the bright sun. My hands quickly reached up to cover them, as I wiped the little sleep left in them. Squinting as I threw the covers from on top of my legs, and into a messy pile next to me. My legs were the next to go from off the bed as I took my time to stand at my full height. I softly swayed from side to side as I glanced at the alarm clock that still rang rather tediously in my ears.
I really don’t know what came over me as I slowly walked over like a predator hunting down it’s pray. I was really feeling it as I crouched down and begin to crawl over to it. Just an arms length away from it… I quickly reached out, picked it up, snatched it from out of the wall, and threw it to the other side of my room. Squealing when it hit the wall and broke into big chunks of what used to be an alarm clock. The noise died down and I let a sigh of relief fall past my lips. ‘What time is it again?’
My big, delicate, blue eyes widened just ever so slightly as it dazed over me that I was going to be late for my first day of school. I stripped from my ‘Jammies’ and threw to the side as I ran to the shower, and drowned myself in its lukewarm water. I felt my eyes flutter shut as I began to bathe the fragile body that belonged to me. Rinsing the soap from off of my body, I wrapped a towel around my waist, as I quickly brushed my teeth, and messily did my hair with a few pretty clips.
I quickly on some long pink, stripped socks, puffy nave blue pants that cut off slightly past the knee, and a white button up shirt. Almost forgetting my shoes I picked up my book bag, and left the house just in time to catch my bus. I was indeed going to a new school that my mom had signed me up for.
I made my way through the small isle and I was almost saddened that the seats were just taller than me. My name is Teacup I got the name from my size… I am 4’2 around the size of my baby brother and I weigh around 60 – 70 lbs. This brought health issues but so far I’m good. Quite a few people didn’t believe I should be on the bus and even the bus driver asked me if I was mistaken. Climbing on top of the seat I didn’t bother to look at the person next to me…
I wished so hard that I would find that special someone ...
But wishes never came true …
