Eli turned to Steven, unsure what to say. He felt really awkward right about now. "Good purchase?" He asked.

"I'm happy you're here now," Celeste said, smiling brightly at her sister.

Aurora smiled, nodding in agreement to what her sister was saying. She heard Eli about Celeste being a good purchase an turned her green eyes to glare at him. She thought about hitting him on the head, wondering if he would do anything to abuse her here, or afterwards.

Steven smiled, nodding, "She's homesick, but she'll get by, I'm sure."

Celeste noticed her sister glaring at Eli. She gave a good natured smile, smiling softly at her sister.


"Well, good," Eli said simply, his hazel gaze moving momentarily towards the two girls.

Elliot came from the kitchen, "Dinner is ready," he simply said, before he disappeared.

Steven nodded, "Come," he said, leading everyone to the dining area.

Aurora fell in step with Eli and could no longer resist the urge to hit him upside the head. And so she did.

"Ow," Eli said, turning to glare at Aurora. He grabbed at her wrist, squeezing it uncomfortably. If they weren't in someone elses home, she would be on the ground right now.

Aurora flinched, but kept herself from making a noise, not wanting her sister to see. She glared back at him with her green eyes.

Eli shook his head lightly in anger, taking in a deep breath. "I swear to God if we were at home..." he said, letting go and wlking away from her.

Aurora glared at Eli's back, stopping for a minute to rub her wrist. That was exactly why she had hit him here, it was her only chance. She began walking again and caught up with her sister, not wanting to have to find the dining area herself.

Celeste hade been walking behind Steven. She looked over to her sister and smiled brightly. She felt the daunting presence of Eli as he appeared behind them, having caught up with the others.
