Shay gulped and didn't need to told twice. He dropped his device and ran with Shark dangling in his arms. As he ran he tripped a couple of times but was able to stay upright and get a better grip on Shark.

C A L L A

"Shadow, Swift! Try to help too!" She called, finally getting up and heading into the clearing. As the Rapidash released her fire attack, so did the bird Pokemon and the air suddenly grew brighter with their attacks. A large, shiny Ho-Oh was engulfed with flames. Flames curled up its feathers but didn't burn. As soon as it flapped down, the flames were whipped off like water. It let out a great battle cry before disappearing into the dark sky again.

L U N A

"Go! Now!" Luna called, watching as Knight was able to get a few hits in with his attacks before losing the Ho-Oh in the sky.

K L I M T

Klimt ignored the three girls as he steered Flare away, following the flight of the Ho-Oh.

The figure growled angrily and immediately pursued Shay, easily keeping up with him. Jey and Aero exchanged glances to each other before racing after the two, not going to just let Shay handle it himself. "Don't fall Shay, whatever you do, don't fall!" Aero called. The figure suddenly leaped up, landing right in front of Shay and looking at him with red eyes, growling again.
Flame didn't even bother thinking, shooting a huge ball of fire right past Shay and toward the pokemon, but it easily was put out by an orb of water. The figure then lunged right at Shay to knock him over, furious about something as it let out an ear-piercing cry.

Raven stood aside and watched the others, knowing her pokemon, being mostly fire-types, would be of no help. Plus, they seemed to know what to do anyway. She heard the cry of whatever was bothering the boys though, and looked over in the direction, wondering what the heck was going on.

"Go help them!" Klimt called as he galloped Flare back. He pointed in the direction of the boys, where he had just come. There again came the cry of the Ho-Oh, echoing that of the other Pokemon's that had attacked Shay. The mare snorted before turning again to the Ho-Oh that was still hiding within the dark sky.

S H A Y

Mudkip tumbled from Shay's arms when the Pokemon attacked him. Flygon came zooming in from the dark and suddenly attacked with a Dragon Breath and Dragon Claw.

C A L L A

Calla only shook her head, not about to leave Klimt with the large Pokemon. Although she looked over to where the boys now and could see that they were quite a ways down the same clearing. "Shadow Ball!" Calla ordered, pointing in the sky where another fire attack was coming, this time towards the boys.

L U N A

Luna let Blue from his Pokemon and began shouting commands, hoping the Quagsire would listen long enough so they could use his type advantage over the Ho-Oh.

Raven simply turned and ran away, over toward where the guys were. She was obviously unneeded here, so she wasn't just going to stand and watch them take on the Ho-Oh, soon arriving. "Shark, Shay are you two alright?" She asked, looking over at the mudkip then at Shay while Silver and the growlithe ran over to try and attack the figure. The figure easily knocked them back with its head, then stepped backwards, glaring at the humans and growling in a threatening way.

Aero stopped, panting as he stared at the figure. "What the heck is your problem?" He asked, rolling his eyes.

"Yeah." Shay nodded, heading over to Shark to pick her up. Although this time she looked sternly at the strange Pokemon. "Did you say you had a fire type over there?" Shay asked, scooping her up and turning to Raven. Jet swooped down to the Pokemon again, using Dragon Claw.

C A L L A

The Ho-Oh appeared again, this time heading for Calla and Shadow. It came so fast that Calla had no time to think. The flames were hot but they never met Calla's skin. She looked up from between her arms around her head to see that Knight stood in front of her with a Protect. She sighed in relief and nodded to Luna who now stood beside her.

"Alright, use Meteor Mash, Knight! And Blue, let's see a Hydro Pump!"

The figure hissed loudly at Jet when the blow landed, swiftly turning to try knocking him out of the sky as it let out another cry of anger.
"Yeah...it's a huge bird thing." Raven replied with a nod then watched the pokemon in front of them. "The same boy from the beach is there too. He's helping the others fight it and I wasn't of any help...so I figured I'd just come over here and help you guys." While it was distracted by Jet, she bit her bottom lip lightly and approached it slowly.

The sky began to brighten and Klimt was finally able to see the Ho-oh better. He dismounted Flare as the Rapidash ran beneath the large beast, taunting it with loud neighs.

"I'm going to go help them." He said, nodding to Mudkip since she was a water type and he began jogging over with Mudkip running ahead.

C A L L A

The Ho-oh screamed angrily as several moves hit it. It flapped its wings, creating a whirl wind of sand and dust. Calla covered her eyes and returned Swift since the small Pokemon couldn't really do anything useful.

L U N A

Luna battled beside Calla and Shadow, often able to hit the Ho-Oh that was diving and flying through the air, mostly focused on Klimt and his Rapidash.

Jey, Aero, and Raven all began battling the pokemon, which they soon saw as a suicune. It dodged most blows, but then cried out when Raven herself jumped up and grabbed onto its head, quickly covering its eyes as it thrashed in attempts to shake her off. Raven clung on tightly, but eventually was flung off and slammed into a tree.

"Hey, you dumb pokemon!" Jey yelled at the suicune angrily, but soon silenced when it oddly seemed to calm down and laid on the ground with a big sigh.

Confused, Aero glanced at the pokemon then at Raven, who slowly raised her hand up to reveal an odd electronic object. "This is what was wrong." She rasped, tossing it to Aero who caught it with ease then inspected it in curiosity.

After seeing Raven go down, Shay left Shark with the other two girls and sprinted over. "Raven!" He called, throwing himself down beside her. "Are you okay?" He asked, he had seen her get back up, but he still wanted to make sure she was okay. "And what is that?" He asked, looking at the device, but mostly at Raven, wanting to make sure she wasn't hurt.

"Yeah...I'm pretty sure I'm okay." Raven mumbled, though was a little dizzy from hitting her head. "I don't even know what that thing is either." She added, holding her hand out. When Aero tossed it back to her, she looked at it more carefully. "It was on his head." She held it over to Shay so he could get a closer look. The only injury that was visible on her was a small, simple cut on her arm, and she was rather surprised he had come all the way back over just to check on her, at the same time making her feel a little happy.

"I wonder what is bothering the Ho-Oh then..." Aero muttered as he gazed over at the giant bird being bothered by all of the others.
