Our time is running out...(Mello&Matt RP with Lexie_Ramone )

Matt just nodded and then the sound of a bell rung. He looked a bit confused, unsure what the ringing meant. "Hey Mello, where are we supposed to go...?" Matt asked, questioning the sound of the chirping bell. He looked towards the door, figuring they had to go somewhere. Just somewhere, could be anywhere. Any place in the house that is.

"It's the dinner bell. Follow me." Mello hopped off of his bed and walked to the door, picked the lock because he had lost the key a week ago, and motioned for Matt to follow, stepping out into the hallway where the other residents were pouring out of their rooms.

Another nod, and he followed the blonde. In the hallways people were spilling out of the rooms. The loud sound of closing doors was redundant. Matt just stayed behind Mello walking towards the dining hall. They marched down a flight of stairs and around a few corners, jut like every other resident going to dinner.
The baggy jeans touched the floor, covering his sneakers as he walked. The stripes swished as he lightly swung his arms by his sides. Light beaming out of the bulb reflected on his goggle lenses, making his eyes one hundred percent hidden. Matt had his hands in his pockets, the one tightly gripping onto the game device. He may have been doing that because he wanted to play it, or maybe he was nervous about how things would go. Probably the first option.

Mello hopped off the last step and looked around. Oh-kay, he thought. The kitchen's just down the hall....right? Yeah, it is. He headed down the hall, had to push through the crowd of people
a little at first, then glared at Near, who he then spotted. He finished his chocolate bar, then tossed the wrapper in a garbage can.

Matt watched as Mello pushed through a sea of people. The redhead didn't. So he was lost in the in mass amount of residents. Not sure of things yet, he followed other people. Matt kept looking for the blonde haired, black clothed kid. Mello was the only one he knew. Managing to squirm past people he then found the right guy.
Finding the correct person, he saw Mello glaring at something or somebody. "Hey Mello, what'cha looking at? You don't seem to like it much," Matt suddenly asked. He peered around trying to find what Mello was glaring at. All he saw was food and a people. Their were kids that looked normal and then one the stood out.
This kid had pale skin, almost white, like snow. His hair matched the colour of his skin and so did the pajamas that he wore. His eyes were the colour of coal. Black. He walked weirdly to.

Mello muttered something under his breath, then noticed that Matt was standing right behind him and said a little awkwardly, "Uh...sorry about that. Come on, let's try to get some food before they run out." He pushed the second door, which was closed, open.

Matt merely shrugged it off and looked away from the awkward kid. He then walked behind Mello, through the door and over to the food. He grabbed a plate and then walked closer to the food. Indeed Mello was right, these kids stole all the good for in minutes. There was stuff left, just the better things had been snatched up. Matt wondered if Mello ate anything but chocolate. That is all he had seen the guy eat so far. And how was he hungry if he was always shoving chocolate in his mouth?
Though Matt did not say ask him about any of that. It sounded weird.
Anyhow, he filled his plate with food. Matt could eat a lot, but he took an average amount. Looking like a glutton on your first day there was not good. Though, when did he even care what others thought? He barely talked to people. Half the time he was not in reality, but in a fantasy landed provided by a video game company. Of course when he played those games, he shouted at the bosses and villains and such but that doesn't count for talking to human beings.

Mello frowned. Just great, they were out of chocolate. Oh well. He picked up some food, not that much, because he didn't really like that many non-chocolate foods. He glanced at Matt. "So...where should we sit?"
He looked around. Dang it, these people were like animals or something, the place was seriously crowded.

His eyes scanned the room, it was jam packed in the place. He did not really have an idea. "Well, where do you usually sit at?" Matt asked as he ran his fingers through strands of reddish hair. The redhead had the plate with both hands, one holding each side. He eyed the food, not having any patients. His stomach grumbled slightly and Matt looked over at Mello for an answer.

"Actually, I can't even find it..." Mello groaned inwardly. Great, just great...."Hold on, I'll try to see if any spots are actually open." He pushed through the crowd again, trying to find a spot.
What was with the other residents these days?! It's like they decided to turn into animals or something....
Finally, he found a spot and shouted, "Hey, Matt, over here!"
