Maja licked her paws and whined. She loved Ralph, but it didn't matter what she thought. He needed to ask her. Not her ask him.

Aster looked back at her and shook his head.

Kazza sat by the river growling.

Alaska went looking for Tex.

Chloe nodded and stretched.

Tex looked up from cleaning her paws and spotted Alaska. Barking in excitement she nearly flew at him. Barely containing her happiness, she forced herself to be calm and polite. "hello Alaska" she greeeted him warmly.

Kasper glanced up as he felt the presence of another wolf. Padding over to the fae he growled "oh, it's you. Are you following me?" he was becoming increasingly frustrated with the fae. Although, he had to admit that it might be because his heart was doing little flutters.

Mosi Lead the way down to the lake. He stopped as they entered the clearing and whispered to Chloe "looks like weve got company. Wanna stay or go?" he raises his eyebrows up at his mate.

Sighing, ralph let his thoughts wander over maja. He really did like her and maybe even love her. But something was stopping him. Padding over to her den he called in "maja? You in? I-I-I thought you might need some company..." he waited for her to say more.

Maja lifted her head. She had sleepy eyes and wasn't feeling well. "Come on in Ralph." she croaked and laid her head down on her paws.

Kazza shook her head. "Stupid brothers won't leave me alone." she growled and looked at the water.

Chloe nodded. "Let's go over to the river instead."

(Parfait)

Ralph lOokrd at maja with sadness in his eyes. "do you, I mean are you feeling ok?" he pressed his muzzle against her shoulder in confirt, breathing in the smell of her as he did so.

"oh. Well sorry for my rudeness then. I believe we haven't properly met yet. I'm kasper. Pleased to met you." he smiled sheepishly at her and tilted his head to one side.

Mosi nodded in agreement and plunged head deep into the cool waters. "catch me if you can!" he telled to Chloe. He wasn't the best swimmer so it would be easy for her to catch him.

Parfait padded over to Aster and growled at him "what you looking at?" she stopped in embarassmetn and gulped in air "sorry for my rudeness" she commented.

Maja shook her head. "Not enough food, sleep, and water." she coughed and licked her paw.

"Kazza." she said and growled at her reflection. She wasn't as pretty as her sister. She wasn't even close.

Chloe barked and chased after him. She cought him and licked his ear.

Aster backed away. "Sorry."

Ralph frowned thoughtfully. An idea sprang to mind. "her, I'll go out and get some food for you and you can rest here. I'll bring you the food and if I can carry some water I'll bring that." he smiled reassuringly and licked her hesitantly on the head.

"nice name. Well, pleased to met you kazza!" barked Kasper in greeting. He laughed aloud when he realised how similar their names were. The fae wasn't exactly pretty and not his usual type of fae that he went for, but she made him laugh and he could feel himself falling for her already.

Mosi mock growled at Chloe and barked "argh! You caught me!" he licked her back and splashed his tail down hard on the waters surface spraying water everywhere.

Parfait closed her eyes in frustration at herself and sighed loudly. "no, it's ok. Don't be sorry. It's me anyway.." she smiled and turned to go.

Tex glanced up at Alaska. Where did he go? She frowned and wandered where he was.

Tayla padded back to camp. No way was she going into the woods! The woods were scary!

Maja nodded and shut her eyes. She sighed and yawned.

Kazza sighed and looked away. The only thing good about her was her personality.

Alaska shook his head and looked at Tex. "Hey."

Aster watched her and sighed.

Chloe jumped off in surprise.

Kasper nudged kazza playfully "hey, what's the matter? You ok?" he asked her in concern. Butting his head against her shoulder he looked up into her eyes and time seemed to stop. It was only her and her eyes. How had he not noticed them?!?!

Jumping up, Ralph hurried into the forest and caught a deer. He dragged it back to camp and left it outside maja's den. After fetching some water from a small stream in a clump of moss, he padded into her den and dumped the moss down gently in front of maja. Going back outside, he picked up the deer and brought it in. Careful not to disturb his leader he placed the kill down gently and lay down next to her. He laid his head upon her back gently and watched the rise and fall of her back. He wasn't quite sure if she was awake or not.

Tex smiled in greetIng and thumped her tail against the ground " hey to you too" she replied cheekily.

Padding away from the confusing brute, parfait cleared her head and settled underneath a tree.

Mosi growle playfully and splashe the water again. He pushed Chloe gently under the water.

Maja was awake, but she wasn't going to make him move. She wanted this moment to last forever.

Kazza looked confused and blinked. Her emerald green eyes were light with darker specks in the center near the pupil.

Alaska bowed his head and licked her nose.

Chloe wiggled under him.

Ralph, taking his chance, leaned down and licked her nose. Thinking she was asleep he whispered "why can't you see that you're beautiful?" sighing, he locked her ears and eye lids before setting his head done to rest on her back again.

Shaking his head in annoyance at himself kasper shook out his fur and said gruffly "I'll - err - ill see you around... Kazza" and with that he walked off onto the forest. No way was he going to talk to the fae again!

Tex wiggled in delight and licked his nose back. She stood up and streched, brushing her tail along his chin as she did so. She growled playfully and looked him deep in the eyes.

Mosi grabbed Chloe from underneath the water 2 seconds later and placed her onto his back fro a piggy back ride. Swimming to the shore he slipped her off on the bank and lay panting besid her.
