The young white kit leaped at a buterfly, giggling.
"I'm gonna getcha!" She squealed happily, eyes
bright as she played, unnoticed by the members of
the clan. She hadn't noticed her mother leaving her
behind. Then she stopped a looked around. "Mom?!"
She called, eyes beginning to water. "Mom?!" She
screamed, and lept through the bushes, thorns
tearing at her weak pelt. "Mom..." She whined,
realizing she had been left behind.

-Night Star-
The black she-cat padded out into the warm
sunlight and blinked sleep from her eyes.
The sun was just rising above the horizon,
and she stretched her aching limbs as she soaked
in the warmth greedily. She padded to the fresh
kill pile and nosed their megear food store.
With a sigh, she padded to the warrior den and
poked her head inside. "Boulder Breath?" She
murmured, waiting for her deputy to arise.

The queen padded out of the camp, looking around. She was bored as she had been
cooped in camp all the time because of her un born kits and she
wanted to run around freely. The queen pricked her ears, hearing the meows of
a young kit calling for it`s mother. "I better see what`s going on." She thought to herself.
Dustwhisker bounced towards the noise, her ears pricked for sound.

The young kit whined and laid down, tears
running down her pristine white fur. "Mother..."
She whimpered. "Why did you leave me? What
did I do wrong?" She meowed weakly, and let out a cry.
